Vegan menu available - Edit
They have a vegan menu available if you ask, although the lady working there didn’t initially seem sure it existed, and the staff weren’t particularly enthusiastic about having vegan food, despite the other reviews i saw. Actually the staff weren’t that friendly at all. The food itself was tasty enough, although both of my dishes came with some minced mock meat rather than the stated tofu which isn’t to everyone’s taste and a bit disconcerting (given this is not a fully veg place). The atmosphere isnt particularly nice for dining as it’s a bit of grimy sports bar, and the food wasn’t really good enough to justify the poor atmosphere. The margarita drink I was served was also terrible and not particularly cheap. Wouldn’t recommend this place to be honest, altho commend them for their vegan menu.

I‘ve used this app for some years now and always just silently searched for good restaurants. But this time I have to honor the best food i’ve had so far in thailand with a comment.

The very friendly owner noticed us as vegans right wen we ordered, so she showed us many more options, that were’nt in the card yet. We even got a free starter. And the food itself was ansolutly delicious:
We had Panang curry and Pad thai, both with tofu and will try some other dishes tomorrow!!

Read moreWe had the most amazing experience here. Even though there are no vegan dishes on the menu, the owner has all kinds of vegan dishes in her mind that she is more than happy to prepare for you. She's very excited about broadening her vegan offerings.
We went there 4 consecutive evenings and we just let her surprise us with amazing appetizers, meals and desserts. Amongst the favorites were teriyaki tofu, tofu satay and her signature green eggplant dish. We also had the best mushroom burger ever.
Visit this place. You will not be disappointed.

We went here every evening we were in Koh Yao Noi.
Read moreThe owner doesn't only know what vegan means, but is excited to develop different vegan meals (she just has to update her menu to include the vegan options, so ask her about the options).
We made the agreement that she could make us a surprise menu everyday. We had some amazing food! Also Thai food that's not typically on the menu.
She also had Western food by the way, like a really nice mushroom burger made from scratch.
Totally recommend going here!

Home away from home, the BEST vegan food! - Edit
I can’t explain how much I love this place, the owners and the food! Aya the owner is one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met, she’s really committed to adding lots more vegan food to her menu and made us so many amazing vegan dishes over our time on the island. She hadn’t added the dishes to the menu yet but my personal favourites of the dishes she made was the teriyaki tofu, satay tofu, yellow curry, tofu and basil stir fry and the katsu curry. Just ask what vegan dishes she’s able to make and she’ll sort you out! LOVE it!!

My go-to place for vegan food on the island. - Edit
I was a bit dubious about the vegan options in this place, but after speaking to the owner, I found out that not only can they veganise nearly every dish but also have loads of vegan options and understand the vegan diet.
Read moreI used this opportunity to try as many Thai dishes as i could, and I was not disappointed. The vegan Thai basil dish is probably one of the tastiest things I've eaten.
I would recommend you let the owners know you're vegan as they then let you know what your options are, etc.
Well worth the try, in my opinion, especially for vegan Thai dishes.
