Delicious sweets - Edit
I went looking for something for breakfast and this isn’t that kind of place (sharing that for other travelers). I love that vegan items are clearly marked, especially because they have dairy-free items that may not necessarily be vegan. I purchased two items that were delicious (they were just too sweet for breakfast). Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Rheinlander is hands down my favorite bakery in Colorado. They have an abundant amount of vegan and gluten free options and they are all incredible tasting.

Best Baked Goods - Edit
A good selection of vegan baked goods here. Everything I’ve tried has been really good. It’s also in an old-town area you can walk around.

Many options! Delicious - Edit
Idk what that last review was about but there are so many options here. No more Vegan cinnamon rolls though. I posted pics of all they had but missed the strawberry and apple strudels which were so good. They have coffee and tea too with alternative milks. Cute shop, lovely staff.

A Few Vegan Options - Edit
Based on the advertisement & reviews I would have thought there would be way more vegan options.
Read moreThere were 3 strudel options & 3-4 chocolate options. I tried a strawberry rhubarb strudel & a chocolate peanut butter crunch bar.
I would rate them about 7/8 out of 10... definitely good but not mind blowingly good to where i'll be rushing back to get more.
It gets pretty busy in there so I could tell it's a popular place, but as a vegan I had hoped for more options & more of a variety of options.
It would also be easier if all the vegan options were together & easy to spot rather than randomly spread out amongst everything😄like finding waldo lol
The people working there were kind & helpful.
Moderately priced.

Pros: a few vegan options, decent customer service
Cons: not a lot of vegan options, not super easy to find the vegan options, slightly crammed in the store

The aromas alone 🫠 - Edit
Walking around Old Town Arvada and noticed an intoxicating smell of desserts that came and went in an instant, thought i caught wind of someone’s churro but couldn’t find it until I the source…Rheinlander’s.
Read moreThis little bake shop has such a sweet and comforting vibe, makes me feel like im in a different world, you feel the calling of becoming a Baker when in their shop, it’s quite wonderful. Maybe even especially in the Fall since its almost Halloween, the bakery is a wonder 🤍
Several Vegan options but not always available, everything is FRESH and made in-house so if you plan on acquiring the goodies, the early bird get’s the Black Forest Cake.
Tried some Peanut Butter Crunch and it tasted a LOT like snickers, awesome. Also something else I forget the name of, chocolate cake and cream inside, both great!
Seems like a great place to get a birthday cake as it has several options, but again maybe call ahead to see why they have if you’re arriving late in the day! 🍫🧁🍰

Great place for vegan pastries and cakes - Edit
Many vegan options, most of the vegan items are also gluten free. Great service, very helpful, just let them know you're looking for vegan stuff and they'll point out lots of options spread throughout the store. Mornings tend to be better, by late afternoon or evening they can sell out.
Read morePros: The vegan items are legit vegan, Vegan items are clearly labeled, The gluten free is actually good
Cons: The website shows more than is in store, It can get busy, Parking isn't always easy.

German vegan treats!! - Edit
At least 6 options of vegan little cakes when we arrived at 6pm. Any of the strudels are vegan if it doesn't have cream cheese. Sweet, but not too sweet. It's what you'd expect. Just go!

Pretty Good - Edit
Stopped in after leaving So Radish, which is just a few doors down. There weren't a lot of vegan options. I tried a chocolate truffle brownie and a vanilla cupcake with fudge buttercream icing. Both were gluten-free and delicious.

So many vegan options! - Edit
At first, we didn't see too many options marked as vegan, but upon asking, there are so many items to choose from. Everything we tried was delicious! Hands down, the best item is the peanut butter rice crispy dipped in dark chocolate. We can't wait to go back to try everything else!

When I think of vegan desserts this is it! - Edit
I was extremely impressed with the vegan desserts! They were not mediocre at all. Everything I tried (because I had more than one thing) was so flavorful and delicious. I would place this place in my top 3 for desserts I’m co. Although I might say it’s our new go to.

Amazing vegan and vegan/gluten-free baked goods - Edit
Oh wow! We didn't know Rheinlander Bakery existed because it wasn't on Happy Cow (yet, we fixed that!) But our friends were told about it by a restaurant nearby and they picked us up a box of goodies.
Read moreWe tried the german chocolate brownie, sacher torte (the one with the S on it), the peanut butter chew (the stick looking one), and GF cinnamon rolls. Holy moly they were all so good! We also like that they're a smaller size so it's easier to justify eating one.
If you need a full cake they do that as well as cupcakes. Next time we're in the area we're definitely hitting this place up!
Pros: decadent & delicious, has gluten-free options, smaller item size
Cons: smaller item size 😛, only sweets, no loaf breads
