Alchemy offers 8 vegan options, but only one of them is a main, the other dishes are rather unexciting sides or tapas like french fries, padrón peppers, gazpacho or a mixed salad, which in Spain you'll get in almost every restaurant. We opted for the more interesting ones and had the 'albondigas' aka meat balls made out of lentils, the zucchini carpaccio and the vegetable wok, which comes with rice. Everything was very well prepared and seasoned. The QR code menu doesn’t show what of their offer is plant based, but the printed menu does.

I had the vegan wok and it was so delicious. Also had the chocolate cake and I think I inhaled it, it was so good. Service here is honestly excellent. Especially after trying the vegan pub it town and the staff was so rude that we left before even looking at a menu!
