Went here the other morning for some breakfast. The place itself is vegan heaven as there is a store in there a pastry counter and a deli counter! The pastries and coffee we got where amazing probably the best I’ve had since being vegan!

Visited this restaurant a few times, and the food and service was nice.
It's definetely a good spot for people with a sweet tooth.
A nice place outside the restaurant perfect for a coffee with a croissant or cookie.

Great vegan restaurant/store - Edit

This is a very amazing restaurant, cafe, bakery and store for vegan goodies in Turin. You can find a decent selection of vegan groceries such as mock meats, chocolates, etc. They also have a huge selection of baked good such as cakes, cookies and desserts.
The restaurant has a great selection of meals that include mock meats, tofu and seiten. There is a tasting menu available which I would recommend to get as many impressions of the different menu items as possible. The seiten roast is to die for!

Pros: Big selection, Great food, Reasonably priced

Special place - Edit

Have visited this place twice and had a much more positive experience the second time. I think the secret to eating out in Italy is to not buy anything where you pay by weight compare to the last time I visited I got so much more for my money. The vegan croissants are amazing and I can recommend the bonbons which are also so so yummy. I also had a for focaccia and my boyfriend had for catcher made into a sandwich with vegan ham and lettuce it was divine. I also like all the pro animal science and merchandise.

Best vegan place in Turin - Edit

I visited in August and OMG you have to visit Ratatouille if you come to Turin. In fact, if you come to Italy at all. It is amazing! The menu is extensive and interesting, with lots of cool things to eat and drink. They had several golden milk flavours, and my dad ordered one - it was delicious. We then had several things for our meal - I had green beans, pickled veg, seitan balls (a little salty) and trofie pesto pasta. My mum had fennel, potatoes and cabbage and my dad had daal, potatoes and something else I can't remember. Basically there are lots of options and you choose a few to put your meal together. The waitress was lovely and friendly and the restaurant had a lovely place to eat outside, as well as a cool shop section which sold vegan T-shirts, jewellery, books and other items. We also got dessert; I got a chocolate dessert and my dad got a lemon dessert. One was a semifredo, I can't remember which... I think the lemon one? It was like traditional cream desserts, and I couldn't believe I could have these things again since becoming vegan! I also bought some biscuits, a pistachio choc tart, and a croissant to eat the next day. Everything was delicious and well-priced. 100% recommend.
*** my photo of the choc dessert says "semifredo" but I think that the lemon one was the semifredo actually...

Very nice place: good food, excellent pastry - Edit

I had lunch at Ratatouille and was really satisfied: food was really good, pastry outstanding. Price is fair: 10 euros for a dish with two appetizers, a first course and a second course. Food offers a good mix of healthy food and tasty one.
Definitely worth a try.
Update: went back there. Prices have gone a bit up but still a great place, and huge choice: pizzas, sandwiches, restaurant, pastry and a small market. Thumbs up!

Pros: Pastry, Kind staff, Fast service

veri artisti della pasticceria! - Edit

Lovely food and amazing patisserie - Edit

The dinner I had here was really good, a selection of salads from the counter all of which were delicious and also a lasagne. Every dish was really tasty.
The cakes and pastries available here are amazing, there's so many to choose from, all beautifully presented, and taste amazing. It's so nice to have these patisserie options available as usually it's quite sad travelling in Europe as a vegan and seeing the amazing cake shops without being able to have any - so I really recommend visiting ratatouille! The cakes really are as good as they look!

Pros: Amazing patisserie , Friendly staff , Reasonably priced

Cons: slightly out of the centre of the city

Good and vegan - Edit

I went to this vegan place for lunch and had the vegan lasagna. It was good. Unfortunately the welcome of the staff was a bit cold. I'm looking forward to going back hoping to find a different attitude and to try the vegan pastries which looked really inviting.

Pros: Good food

Cons: Staff was a bit cold

wonderful pastry - Edit

This place is a vegan oasis in Turin.
The restaurant is warm and food excellent but what I have found incredibles was the incredible big choice of wonderful and delicios pastry.
If you are found of vegan sweets we raccomanded it! There's no other place like that!

Pros: excellent food, friendly staff

Needs improvement - Edit

The place is pretty cosy but too hot. Unfortunately, food is not the ultimate palatale experience. Nice, but nothing special, chocolate dessert aside, I am afraid. And the service is really too slow.

Cons: Too slow service

One of the best vegan places I have ever been to - Edit

Ratatouille is definitely one of the best places I've ever been to. A comprehensive place (restaurant, bakery, deli, pastry shop, cafeteria, vegan grocery, and kitchen school), is run by four young, active vegans who literally spoil their customers and their tastebuds. Food is organic, fresh-made, and delicious of course. Bakery and pastry products are also baked in their oven daily, and you can get decadent cakes, beautiful petits-fours, scrumptious pralines and a lot of other yummy sweets. They also have an Italian-style deli where you can have your vegan salami or prosciutto thinly sliced on the spot (and the flavour changes a lot from the pre-packaged cold cuts). In their grocery it is also possible to buy a lot of vegan products which may be hard to find, such as vegan fish, hard and soft cheese, sour cream, whipping cream, milk and white chocolate, egg replacers, fresh vegan artisan's cheese. Definitely THE place to go when in Turin.

Pros: scrumptious cakes and pastry, a lot of vegan delicacies, dishes change daily

Cons: only open twice a week for dinner
