It was a great experience. The waiters were super friendly and professional and presented each dish as in a Micheline restaurant. The food was very tasty and made of beautiful vegetables and felt healthy. Laid back and fancy vibe.

Really lovely and accommodating staff. Three course menu for 35 euro each, and they encourage sharing. My favourites were the sautéed vegetable starter and pointed cabbage main. Desserts were really interesting and delicious. I had a local orange wine at the server's suggestion.

I had plans for another place this night, but they had to cancel unfortunately. Rasoterra was on my list so decided to make reservations and try this place out instead. Arrived around 20:00 on a Friday and the place was half full. It got crowed about an hour later. So reservations highly suggested.
Read moreOrdered the pre fix menu which included a starter, main, and desert. Better to go not solo so you can order more from each category and share.
Each dish came out slowly (it is a slow food place after all). Probably took just over two hours and it felt a bit rushed at the end while the start felt a bit too slow. The portions were small, lacking in fat and protein. They all presented well and the tastes were great. Sadly, I was still hungry at the end and had to order starter. I was still hungry after that but my time here was up. I had to then go to another spot nearby to order more food.
Overall, fun experience and the food tasted great, but the portions were lacking in calories for me.

We first visited this restaurant six years ago and have been searching ever since for a similar experience.

Returning to Barcelona, we had to find out whether it was really as good as we remembered or if nostalgia had played a trick on us.
It turns out our memories were spot on.
If you know a better vegan experience, please tell us, because we haven’t found one yet.

Wonderful vegan experience at Rasoterra! Upon arriving, the staff were incredibly friendly and described the menu and pricing in detail. They also explained the concept of slow food, which we 100% back. The food was exquisite, serving unique flavours in beautiful dishes. I loved everything about Rasoterra, the sustainability, intentionality, and of course the food. Everything I had was delicious and I did the wine pairing as well. Each glass was delicious and paired well with the food. It’s a fixed course meal but you can still choose the dishes you want!
