Nostalgic Japanese tonkotsu ramen - Edit
The vegan menu is on the back of the omni one. It’s paper and you write your preferences for type and modifications to make your perfect ramen adding more noodles or toppings or spices. There is a great sesame chilli oil on the table to add yourself. Vegan toppings include nori, kikurage mushrooms, and slices of tofu. They also have yummy vegan gyoza and a special weekday lunch menu to add on gyoza and toppings for £5 extra. I want to try everything on the menu. Nice curry and sesame ramens but it feels expensive. You have to pay nearly £2 each for the toppings which makes it feel very expensive like the nori, kikurage, and mustard leaf greens. In the curry and sesame ramens you can see what they are like without the toppings. They have a digital stamp card and after 5 and 10 ramens you get either a free gyoza and 5 or free ramen at 10 which is cool.
