Vegan Italian restaurant from Brighton, opened this Manchester Northern Quarter branch in spring 2021. Menu features a wide variety of dishes ranging from sourdough pizzas and calzones to pastas, and sides alongside a large drinks list including cocktails. For dessert try the tiramisu. Many dishes are available as gluten-free. Cashless buisness. Open Mon-Fri 12:00-22:00, Sat 12:00-22:30, Sun 12:00-21:00.

In trying to find somewhere that didn't cost an arm & a leg, we found this place in town. The staff were very friendly & the place had a nice ambience. We shared one pizza and three small dishes which were all really good.

Wide choice on the menu including pizzas, pasta and sides. Extensive mocktail, cocktail and drinks menu. Service was excellent. Really lovely inside, very enjoyable meal. I had the aubergine parmigiana pizza and chocolate brownie, both excellent.

I’ve tried a few different pizzas (including the 5 cheese one!) and everything was delicious. The starters were great too, and the non-alcoholic drinks were surprisingly good. Prices are reasonable, so it’s definitely a spot worth checking out.

The best vegan pizzas we’ve had and such a choice! The dough balls were equally as good with oozy filling and it was lovely that the place was dog friendly with a dog menu! Sadly they were out of olives, Prosecco and they don’t serve rose wine but it didn’t spoil our visit too much. The staff were friendly and the turnover was quick. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were blown away by Purezza. Since becoming vegan I have struggled to find a pizza that hits the spot but Purezza does just that. No more marinara pizza for me!

It's amazing to have many options! The dough is really nice and the toppings are tasty. Never had anything other than pizza at Purezza but other dishes and deserts sound delicious. Pizza arrived a bit cold and it is pricey hence 4/5

It is fairly uncommon to find the very traditional Marinara pizza on a menu in the UK, Purezza adds garlic slithers which only add to the rich and flavoursome tomato sauce.

Really delicious pizza with a light and crispy base. Had parmigiana party and the pepperoni, both were great and pepperoni was my fave. Downside is they automatically ask 12.5% service charge to your bill, which you need to ask to remove. They also charge 49p for processing your card when there is no option to pay by cash. They should absorb the cost when it’s their choice to be cashless. Then they also ask if you want to add a tip which is pretty cheeky.

Food good, sketchy payment app with fees - Edit
I've been to the branches in Brighton and Camden so knew the food is good. Did not disappoint. However when it came to pay we were given a QR code which took me to a site to pay ("sundayapp"). It asked for a tip and 49p "platform fee". I refused the tip because of this but then found I'd been charged 12.5% service charge anyway. Surely that service charge should pay for the tips and this weird payment system? Really disappointed to see Purezza double dipping like this. Felt scammed.
