Small vegan restaurant est. 2019 near Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. Offers western fusion cuisine like risotto, spaghetti, vegan-steak, and stuffed tomatoes in addition to a few Taiwanese style dishes like fried rice with XO sauce. Self-service salad bar available. 精緻(蔬)素食館

店內佈置很特別，地下室也有座位，沙拉吧位於二樓櫃檯旁，餐點精緻可口，很清爽，過去時最好先預約比較有位置。

Delicious food, friendly staff, gorgeous restaurant

The restaurant looks really clean, the food is very varied and creative. You can get a set meal for about 590TWD. You can choose between three starters, three soups and a variety of main courses. When I was there the salad bar was closed.

I tried the Salad in Tomato as a starter. It comes with orange-balsamico dressing; the split pea soup is better than the pumkin soup, though both are delicious. The pea soups flavour is just a little more special. As a main dish, I ordered the Mushroom Steak with Black Pepper sauce. Really delicious, though the pepper is a bit strong, in my opinion.

The tea comes with a slice of cake.

The staff are all very friendly, the menu is also in english and has pictures of all the dishes.

Pros: All vegan, Italian/european food, Delicious food

Cons: Expensive

Pros: 主餐加價可以升級沙拉吧, 沙拉吧很多小菜選擇

Cons: 小貴, 可以多點甜點或小點心
