No vegan breakfast not vegan friendly - Edit
No vegan breakfast not vegan friendly.
Although advertised otherwise as having a vegan breakfast and being vegan friendly I ran into a very unfriendly hostess and waitress that did all but kick me out for asking for the advertised vegan breakfast

Good place - Edit
Cafe Puaa is situated in Old Jaffa area. It's good place to eat if you live around the area. They have english menu an the staff speak english. The menu have a "without meat" part which is nice. You need to ask if it's vegan by the way (the moussaka is not).
It was very good but a little expensive. They offer you a little sangria glass.
Recommand if you want to eat in Old Jaffa.
Pros: Very pretty place and area, Tasty , Nice staff
Cons: Little expensive, Only 4 dish are vegan, not starters
