Closed March 9th :(

This place was amazing but for some reason it closed on March 9th for good. Not sure of the reasoning but I placed an online order enroute to the location while returning from out of town and was surprised to see a sign on the door stating that the location was closing that very day. I went in and talked to the owner and he issued refunds to my party and said that the system should have been shut off for this location and apologized.

Hopefully they are just relocating to a better spot as this little strip is awkward and the sunlight that would be coming through the front glass would literally bake this everyone inside. So again, hopefully it's just to a better spot bc this is the best vegan fast food place in the area in regards to what they serve.

Pros: Amazing vegan chicken

Cons: Location is now closed

So many choices!

My fellow carnivore was happy. I’m happy. What’s not to love!!! Tried the Nashville hot chickn (could be hotter), the deluxe, fries, and a double chocolate milkshake. Coming back for chickn and waffles!!

Pros: All vegan!, Best milkshakes, hands down!, Incredible chickn

Cons: Not the healthiest

It's great to finally have a fast food vegan alternative.

Pros: All vegan, Great food, Loved the strawberry shake

I clucking love project pollo

Glad that Project Pollo has expanded their location to Round Rock so I can get my vegan fast food fix on the reg. My go to meal is the popcorn chicken, loaded fries, and (sometimes) a tasty shake. The brunch burrito is also top notch! I was also really impressed with the great customer service I received on my most recent visit. In times past, it seemed a struggle to get employees to acknowledge me. I recommend subscribing to their emails so you can get deals and specials that they offer!

Pros: Affordable, Plenty of indoor seating , Online order ahead

Absolutely amazing flavor! We tried a variety of menu items and every single one was amazingly flavorful! We were full and happy. My kids who usually are nervous to try my vegan options devoured their food and demanded we come back soon! More than a regular burger spot but well worth it for a meal you don’t have to apologize for 🥰

I love Project Pollo

Sometimes you still want to be able to grab a chicken sandwich with some fries, while being vegan.
Project Pollo is the answer.

Pros: Completely Vegan, Delicious Shakes, Friendly Staff

Everything was sooo good!

We ordered the Backyard burger and Spicy Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries, tots, oatmeal cookies and a double chocolate shake and everything was fantastic! My boyfriend is not Vegan and loved it all. We will be back for sure.

Pros: Everything is Vegan, Lots of choices, Quick service

Cons: No printed menus (you’ll see what I mean..lol), Need a better straw (fell apart in my shake), Sticky tables

Delicious Vegan Junk Food

The Original Project sandwich is just amazing, and the shakes are delicious. Doesn't taste or look like vegan food, in the best sense of the phrase. I can't imagine non-vegans finding anything to complain about! The tots were not my favorite, and the service has been kind of slow - but they have not been open that long, and we are in the midst of the great resignation, so service is slow in a lot of the places I go - Just a sign of the times, seems like, so I don't hold that against them.

Pros: Could fool an omnivore.

Cons: Service is slow.

Vegan fast food!

I ordered the Grilled Chikn Caesar Wrap, my brother got the Nashville Hot Chikn and we shared an order of the Loaded Papas Southwest Style. The fries are delicious. Love the cheesy sauce. My wrap was very good. My only suggestion would be to distribute the chikn and sauce more evenly throughout the sandwich. Still delicious. My brother is not vegan and he said he would give his sandwich a 10.
They had a BOGO special on the Oreo shakes. Very good but too sweet for my taste.
Tried the Plant Protein Bowl and it is my favorite thing on the menu. I wish they would make it without oil.
