Best vegan chicken sub I've had. I drive over 100 miles about twice a month just to eat here. I love everything on the menu except the Mac &cheese. Would love to be able to buy the pollo sauce by the jar. Love the prices and the companies philanthropy. Staff always friendly.

We had Project Pollo for lunch today. They're kind of a big deal after being featured in Veg News. Their founder has created the vegan Chik-Fila version of sandwiches. Our chik'n sandwiches were phenomenal but the real star of their menu is the mac and Credo cashew cheese. Hands down the best mac and cheese I've ever had! The fried pickles and homemade ranch dip are super tasty, too.

I had the vegan chicken and waffles. The waffle was fluffy. The whipped butter was easily spread. The vegan chicken had a crispy crunchy and a moist inside. The maple syrup added sweet to this combinations of flavor.

Really good fried chicken. I believe it is very firm pressed tofu. Breading was crisp and i bet it would hold up well considering they deliver. Prices were very reasonable

The original sandwich had such a beautiful crispy coating on the outside. Just the right amount. The spicy project was on point with flavor and kick. The 2 for $10 Tuesday special makes it an affordable option on top of being a delicious one.

I’ve tried the spicy chickn and it was really good. I’d love to try the spicy with deluxe toppings. The deluxe is amazing. The loaded fries are dreamy. My daughter thought her chickn strips were too spicy but didn’t get spicy version. I highly recommend this place!

Delicious Vegan Junkfood - Edit
The food is fresh, hot and flavorful. Fries are better than most places. Prices are affordable comparatively speaking. You can get out the door for $10 or less if you're on a budget. Only complaint is lack of veggie sides (green beans, side salad, ect.)
