Wow. Just wow. My first review on Happy Cow has to go to Project Pollo. We got the original chick’n sandwich (with extra pickles ofc) and the chick’n tenders. SO FREAKIN DELICIOUS!! You will never crave real chicken after experiencing this food!! Well done project pollo, well done

Delicious vegan chicken and burgers - Edit
I had the chipotle chik'n wrap, and it was pretty good. I expected their chik'n to be a bit more unique, but nonetheless it's great to see up and coming vegan options. They don't have a lot of healthy choices and the food is definitely fast food quality. If you're looking for a chik'n sandwich or a wrap, you might try this place! Great service.

The people who work here are great - friendly and kind. Their payment app stopped working and the lady behind the counter told me my food was on the house. We stayed and ate, so we were able to pay before we left, but they weren’t sweating it.
Read moreThe chkn tenders and sandwich are delicious, the breading is flavorful and crispy. Pickles are crisp and plentiful. I don’t know anything about their methods but everything felt fresh.
The impossible burger was okay, I got it once, but I’ll stick with the chkn in the future.
Love this place, just wish there was more seating. It’s a great place to sit and people watch for half an hour.

My daughter and I visited Project Pollo in May 2021 and oh my goodness. They definitely need to expand nationwide. I got their original sandwich while my daughter got their spicy one. We both got fries, and of course we had to try their famous Mac & cheese. Everything was so perfect. Once we arrived back home in Houston, we learned we were getting a Project Pollo about 45min away! Best fast food chickn ever!

Chik’n Caesar 👌🏼 - Edit
I loooooove a good Caesar salad and this one was delicious. Tangy, good parm, delicious nuggets. I will say however it was VERY small - if I’m just ordering a salad, it was honestly more side salad than main. So just FYI if you go with that option; get some sides with it!
Read moreBrother had their burger add bacon, which he loved, and the Mac and cheese which was probably more of a 3.5 or 4 out of 5. It seemed like it had chilis or something on it, almost more queso tasting than traditional mac.
Overall, super great spot and can’t wait to go try other things. Amazing mission and you honestly can’t beat the prices - $8 for my salad, $15 for my brothers burger mac root beer.

Cute atmosphere and limited outside seating. Love their "don't give a cluck " saying - clearly untrue in that they donate to the community and will assist in paying if needed. They've got chicken off all kinds, Mac, burgers, fried pickles and soo many options! I'll definitely come back.
