Mild flavors

The food was a bit blander than we like. We'd go back.

Great vegetarian/vegan food

Everything I’ve had here is good, and really appreciate that there is a GF bread option for sandwiches. One of my favorite places to get brunch/lunch!

"Pretty Good" food! Even better customer service

Pretty good doesn't even begin to describe it - their vegan chicken sandwich was BOMB and the surprise breakfast sandwich hit the spot. Smashed cucumbers delicata squash were chefs kiss 💋

But more importantly, their service was top notch. Everyone was super kind, happy to be there and helpful with suggestions. Olivia was so sweet taking our order & gifted us a vegan peanut butter soft serve to celebrate our 8th anniversary! What a wonderful, positive space they've created - we will definitely be back!! 💙

Pros: Food was phenomenal , Service was exceptional , Cute, hip vibes

This place blew me away

This place was so absolutely amazing I don't have the words to describe it. My daughter whose not vegetarian said she could live off the pesto sandwich and would be happy if that was the oy thing she could eat for the rest of forever, (the highest praise from a teenager!) and I got a few different items but honestly the thing that absolutely left me at a loss for words was their vegan ranch which I requested to be sold by the bottle. I live a few hours away so unfortunately I can't get this all the time but would definitely order a case of ranch to have on hand at all times. I cannot explain to you how amazing this place is and how wonderful the staff are. I believe the person who helped me the two days I was there was coco and they were just beyond words fantastic. I can't want to come back!

Pros: Food was phenomenal , Service was amazing , Lots of options

Cons: No eating inside but plenty of shade outside

Yummy sandwiches and cute patio

They have a small but pretty varied menu. Got the vegan Maddie’s sandwich, gazpacho, and watermelon cucumber lemonade (which was about $20 all together), so not the cheapest but good. Especially loved the warm toasty bread.

Pros: Cute outdoor eating , Anything can be veganized

Cons: A little overpriced

Lots of Vegan Options

Delicious food, great vibe, and I recommend the California Ranch Burger. I would give 5 stars, but they are a vegetarian restaurant. It's Ada accessible with a few spots right in front.

Pros: California Ranch Burger, Fries with vegan ranch

Cons: Parking can be tight

Delicious food!! Both the spicy vegan fries chicken and the vegan cheeseburger were amazing. The fries are also super tasty and seasoned well. I will be coming back here. Very affordable too. #Veganuary

The Saturday brunch spot I was looking for!

This is the place to go- reasonable prices and amazing options. I loved the sandwich, fries, and soft serve. The soft serve was a special find since I don’t know where to get that anywhere! Oat milk based and rotating flavors, I tried peanut butter and vanilla mint… both are delicious. I will return with friends and family.

A Vegan Take on the Big Mac

What I love about PGA is their decision to use an in-house plant based burger patty and not rely on brands like Impossible or Beyond. Very rarely do you see something so different that not only hits all the marks, but is so good that even skeptical meat eaters would find it hard to disagree in terms of taste.

I ordered their Vegan Burger ($8) which comes with avocado, a vegan burger sauce, lettuce, and crispy onions. I love that it came with a vegan sauce that reminded me of the days of the Big Mac - a very thousand island-esque dressing. The burger was fire although I wish that the patties were a bit bigger. Still, a wonderful plant based burger that you will definitely enjoy.

Like others have shared, I do wish they would go fully vegan or at least make it clear which sauces are vegan friendly. My burger was amazing but I think being able to market this in an all vegan joint would help make plant-based living more accessible.

Parking is available in a private lot and limited outdoor seating during shelter-in-place.

Pros: Great vegan patty (although thin)

The best vegan food since landing in Seattle 100s of miles away

Travelled all the way down from Seattle and thisnis the first decent vegan meal we have had. Possibly THE best burger I've ever eaten my whole 21 years vegan. So good.

Pros: Vegan options on everything, Delicious, great service, Fast and reasonably priced

Great Lunch!

I had the Tom's Bright Eyes Surprise sandwich and I liked it. The PGA Chopped Salad was awesome! Coffee and lemonade, French Fries (on the salty side) added up to a great lunch. Seating outside in the back at a big table was good. Friendly and nice atmosphere.

Great vegetarian restaurant with vegan and gluten-free options!

The customer service was fabulous and personable. We went with a combo or vegetarian, vegan, and celiac people. Everyone was able to get a yummy meal without concern of cross-contamination. Absolutely will be back!

Eggs in everything

This is not a vegetarian restaurant —
Not particularly easy to figure out what’s truly vegan vegetarian . The staff doesn’t know which sauce is vegan — decided to walk away after they botched the order. Who knows if they’ll process the refund

Beware - If I could give 1 star I would.

If you are a strict vegetarian or vegan, this may not be the place for you. We came with our family and we were so excited to try this place. We ordered 4 sandwiches, vegan and when they came they all had a fried egg on them.

I know mistakes happen, so we went back up to them to let them know and they said they would remake it. Five minutes later they were ready, which seemed fast. When we opened the sandwiches again it was obvious they had just removed the egg and rewrapped our food. One of the sandwiches actually still have the fried egg on it.

At this point, I went up to let them know and there was zero acknowledgment and also no apology. They begrudgingly said they would actually re-make them properly. (Which they should have done in the first place.) Their attitude did not give me a lot of confidence, and honestly made me uncomfortable eating anything so we decided to leave it and go.

Really terrible experience.

Careless Food Prep and Annoying Service

Here’s some pretty good advice… if you’re a vegetarian restaurant don’t be careless with food orders.

We were excited, the woman who took our order and was very sweet. We ordered some pretty basic sandwiches and waited patiently.

When we received our vegan sandwiches, they each had a fried egg on them. We took it back to the counter and they “remade” them. Remaking them consisted of sliding the egg off and rewrapping.

One of the sandwiches came back AGAIN with egg on it. So we took them back again, they had the audacity to be annoyed and rude.

They begrudging decided to REALLY remake them, but by this time we just decided to leave.

This whole experience was too bad. We had high hopes and was met terrible service and couldn’t even try the food.

Pros: None

Cons: Careless

Burgers & Fries! My Oh My!!

Today was my first visit and I will absolutely go back when passing by this way as it's a simple jump off of Route 1 and, it was awesome.

Sat outside with our dog, food was ready quickly, tasted great and was a good portion, left full. The fries were delicious (though my partner was bummed we went with potato rather than turnip).

I enjoyed my burger enough to question if I'll be brave enough to try one of the other choices that also sounded good.

Pros: Good portions, Ready quickly

Covid 19 am I right

I can’t wait to be able to go back and try this while dining in. My wife got the vegan burger, I got the spicy bbq burger and both were soooo good. The fires blew me away and the side of fries is the perfect amount. We also got some of the super hyper seasonal soft serve that was watermelon flavor and it was absolutely perfect. I can not recommend this place enough.

Pros: Vegan options , Marked vegan, Affordable

Great food made by great friendly people

I work near the Soquel village and I’ve been so stoked on this place since they came in. They have great vegetarian and vegan food that seems to be made from local organic farms. They have a friendly staff. I’ve taken my family and I’ve taken people from work for lunch and it’s been great every time. Thanks Pretty Good Advice!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Vegan soft serve ice cream , Farm to table ingredients and affordable

Cons: Smaller portions just FYI

Delicious food at good value

I saw this restaurant shared on social media and had to check it out. It isn't obvious that it's a vegetarian restaurant but it is and many of the items offered are vegan. The menu is clearly marked.

I had the house made vegan burger which was loaded with fresh avocado. It felt like a deal at $7.50. Warning - it's messy to eat!

Drinks are only $1 extra ($3 for beer) with meal. They have iced coffee with coconut and house made caramel. The counter person recommended getting it mixed half with regular iced coffee when I was concerned it might be too sweet. We also had the sweet potato fries and the butternut coconut soup which was good.

We sat outside which was pleasant on this sunny day. I thought it was a nice eco-touch that the tray comes lined with the recycled weekly newspaper.

I'll definitely return to try their other food.

Pros: Interesting vegan options, Inexpensive, Outdoor seating
