Food truck with vegan options. Two of the four menu items can be made vegan and this is stated on the menu. Offers variations on poutine including regular (Poutine your mouth) or regular with mushrooms and both of these can be made vegan with vegan cheese and vegan gravy. Also sells salads, sandwiches, and beer. Take away or eat at one of the two tables next to the food truck. Food truck is located in the parking lot of Paper Scissors on the Rock. Open Mon-Tue 11:00am-3:00pm, Fri 12:00pm-6:00pm, Sat 10:00am-2:00pm, Sun 11:00am-3:00pm. Closed Wed-Thurs.

This is one of the few places to eat that is open on Monday and Tuesday so my partner and I were excited to have some vegan options to try. We loved the Poutine Your Mouth and the Magic Mushroom! They are a full meal. The gravy and the cheese are so tasty! I was especially excited to try vegan Poutine because I haven’t found a vegan version for over 20 years. It was great! Can tap to pay.

Be sure to ask what vegan options they have available. I had the regular poutine, vegan style and it hit the spot!
