Veg friendly cafe - Edit
Lopez Island is super laid back, and you will find this approach represented in spades at Vortex. It is nice to have a cafe on the island that makes fresh pressed juices and smoothies, great brekkie and lunch choices.
The menu is casual cafe style- wraps, bowls and quesadillas. They will make your order when you order, and that might even mean takin whole veggies and chopping them. So, it takes time. Nonetheless, the veggies are fresh and well, there really isn't any other place to compare it to and prefer for this veg style of eating.
A good choice that will hit the lunch spot if you are here.
