Delicious

Love the Shio ramen and veggie tempura! It was interesting that the tempura came with salt rather than a sauce. Nice outdoor seating and friendly staff. Can tap to pay

Incredible flavor and quality

We had the vegan gyoza and two of the three vegetarian ramen noodle soups minus the egg. The wild chanterelle Negi onion was hands down one of the best soups I’ve ever had. The Thai basil coconut shiitake was also delicious but that umami chanterelle was outstanding.

Small restaurant with delicious vegan noodles and more

A generous serving of house-made organic noodles with local veggies in miso broth, plus vegan options for rice bowls, gyoza, and mushroom onigirazu (rice wrapped in nori). Be sure to specify vegan and no egg. Rice noodles available for GF option. Highly recommended to make a reservation and order ahead online, and be prepared for slow service as they make everything with care, plus are often busy, fully booked with customers.

Pros: Organic ingredients and fresh local produce, Generous serving of noodles

Cons: No option to add tofu to noodles (only rice bowl)
