Delicious vegan scones (also take-away) - Edit
On a (very) hot day it's was nice to sit in the shadow for a lovely lunch. The owner was very friendly. And is was fantastic we could take-away some extra vegan scones.

Best cafe in Exmouth's 'cafe quarter' - Edit
Update: just over a year since our first visit, and Postcards continues to be an absolute gem of a cafe, thanks to the hard work of Rich and his wife. Original review below still stands (not least as it's more or less what we had today too, even down to the same cake!). Really appreciate too that they are one of the small businesses in town that sponsor Pride - they deserve support. Thanks guys!

No idea why we've not been here before, as it's only a 5 minute walk from home, but we shall definitely be coming back! Came here for lunch whilst we had builders in and we both had baked potatoes - mine with vegan coleslaw mixed with sweetcorn, Mrs HaHa with beans. Both came with side salad and crisps and the portions were generous. Having spotted a homemade coffee and walnut cake (made by the owners), we then shared a slice with a hot drink. It was delicious. Excellent value for money and very friendly owners. We'll be back!

The owners here are very friendly, they are both vegetarian. Most of the menu can be adapted vegan.
