Inventive Delicious Fusion - Edit
I tried the scallion pancakes and the rangoon, and let me tell you, the pancakes knocked me out of my chair they were so good. They were folded like tacos over a scramble with vegan bacon, and the portions lasted me through two meals, The rangoon was great too, but I was too full to fully appreciate it! Can’t wait to try everything else!

Cool concept - Edit
I was very excited to try the scallion wraps, and they were good - cool concept and very innovative. The just egg could’ve been seasoned better - lacked salt, but otherwise was great. I added a hash brown to mine which was good.

Chinese food appetizers like you remember from before going vegan - Edit
Got to partake in their happy hour special of buy one get one half off appetizers and ordered their crab Rangoon from their regular menu and the shumai as their special appetizer. The crab Rangoon brought me back to childhood memories of eating it at any Chinese restaurant in NY/ NJ but the filling was way more stuffed than from anyplace I had eaten. The shumai was very well seasoned and prepared and had the perfect texture that made me almost question if it was truly vegan. The prices are pretty steep for the serving sizes but on the other hand they are the only ones doing anything close to these flavors and offerings anywhere around here making it worth it.
