Fantastic range of vegan food - Edit
My partner and I found this place while navigating through Shinjuku and absolutely loved what we had ordered!
Read moreI had ordered the Soy Meat Ga Pao rice, which was served with lime, and a small side of soy meat with a creamy basil sauce. The food was great, and even came with a complimentary small vegetable soup, which was perfect for the cold day. My partner ordered a chick'n rice dish which she also found to be great.
Would highly recommend, and with such a variety of different foods, may even come back before the end of my Japan trip!
Pros: Lots of varied menu items, Good location, close to public transport
Cons: A little on the pricey side

Im so sorry for this. Thank you for writing this. They have has some irregular hours the past few months, and I have confirmed with the restaurant today and added the update to HappyCow. I come here alot and I am the one that has been updating the hours the past few months based on the changes and also local changes that have been happening.
Read moreI hope you eventually found some vegan food. Please feel free to let me know if you encountered any other irregularietes. Vegan eateries in Tokyo have been struggling and been inconsistent lately, but hopefully things are picking back up now that the borders are open again.

Hearty filling and affordable! - Edit
Loved the food here, we got the keema curry and soymeat gapao rice, both were delicious! The sides were also tasty, much more of an indulgent feel to them with the vegan cheese and gratin. (. We had gratin and lasagna) overall a great experience! Definitely recommend

Fantastic! - Edit
This place is truly fantastic! Located in the Food Hall Blast! food court, it is fully vegan and quite reasonably priced. For 1650 yen we got the four plate deli set with soup and millet rice. For our two main dishes we chose fried soy chicken with curry mayo sauce and the soy sea urchin gratin, and the salads that came with it were a green salad with grapefruit and soy cheese and a hijiki salad. Everything was really delicious! So happy to finally have a reasonably priced all vegan place with good variety in Shinjuku!

Three new pasta dishes - Edit
Now they have three spaghetti dishes and I tried "Uni Cream Pasta" made with soy sea urchin and soy milk (968 yen), which was great
Read moreThe other two are Tantan-style Soup Pasta (858 yen) and Tomato Soup Pasta (913 yen) with soy meat
Today's Soup (Soy Milk soup with onions and mushrooms / 150 yen) tasted amazingly nice, despite its rather boring appearance!
They have indoor/outdoor seating on the 1st floor, bigger tables and a counter on the 2nd floor and even All-You-Can-Drink rooftop seats available
Here would be an ideal place for a casual gathering with non-vegan friends

Cheap prices for interesting tasty food! - Edit
Some really creative tastes in the cold deli dishes. Lasagna is really nice and the rice and soup set is quite a bit of food. Definitely plan to come back and try other dishes.

Tasty fast food - Edit
All the deli-style options I tried were interesting and flavorful, especially the lasagne. Did not have to wait long for the food at all. If I went again I would probably skip the rice and miso soup (the soup wasn't as bursting with flavor as the other items) and get an extra deli item instead.

Excellent! - Edit
This place is amazeballs! Newly opened in July 2021, this deli has a "build your own plate" system where you can choose to order one hot deli item and two cold side dishes, or two hot deli items and to cold dishes. Of course you can also order single items too. Menu is pretty easy to order from and there is also a display of all the dishes in case you need help deciding.
Read moreAll of the dishes are delicious and menu is varied with a huge focus on soy beans (soy bean meats, soy bean sauces, soy bean cheeses). Their rice and soup set is also good and they change the soup daily. One day I had a creamy soy milk soup and it was so delicious. The other days they offered minestrone soup. You dont really know what soup you will be getting, but I have not been disappointed so far.
Food is tasty, filling, but not too heavy. Staff are wonderful and English menu is available.
My only con would be that I wish they had desserts😄During the state of emergency opening hours are from 11:00 until 20:00, all though the food court is usually open until 22 outside of the SOE.
