Pasta is Good - Edit
We stayed at the Bryce Canyon Inn nearby and walked here for dinner one night. We are vegan and were happy they had a pasta dish with chunky marinara sauce that we could eat with a side salad. We also had bread that they toasted for us and didn't put butter on and dunked in the sauce and olive oil. The marinara sauce normally has mushrooms, but my wife doesn't like mushrooms, so they didn't put them in ours, but if you like mushrooms, that's a bonus.
Read moreThey have a decent drink menu, and my wife had some wine with her dinner. The best part of this place is the outside seating and the service.
We wish they had vegan cheese so we could have had a pizza because they looked delicious. I hope they make this an option in the future so we don't have to go to Valhalla Pizza in the national park for pizza. We liked this place better.

When I called in our order I was at first told there were no vegan sauces but I asked about the marinara (since I’d read about it on here) and she said Oh yes, I forgot about that since it’s not listed on our computer. They made a vegan pizza for me with marinara, no cheese, green peppers, onions, olives, artichoke hearts & sun dried tomatoes. It was really good after a day of hiking! They were very friendly too.

The staff were amazing - we had a wonderful server who went out of his way to make sure everything was vegan for us. The pizza crust is vegan. The red sauce contains dairy, so ask for marinara sauce instead (ask for extra sauce on the pizza too!). Very limited options in this area - so this was wonderful to find!!

Found this pizza spot next to where we were staying (Bryce Canyon inn) called and they said their crust was vegan, red sauce wasn’t but they were happy to accommodate and use their red marinara sauce
Read moreSo I got a 14” (or so) veggie pizza pie to myself just made vegan! It was really yummy, solid crust, and had left overs for lunch the next day.
Not real clear vegan options on menu, but the staff was friendly when I ordered over the phone and picked up the food.
They had some basic salad too, could to olive oil and vinegar for dressing instead - but would need to say no egg (not sure if croutons are vegan there) again friendly staff so if you want salad just be clear and ask if everything is vegan / if you can modify
