Great coffee in Tropic, UT - Edit
This coffee shop was also the check in for the cabin we stayed in while visiting Bryce Canyon (Bryce Canyon Inn - The cabins are very cute!). I got coffee here each morning. They had lots of non dairy milks and flavorings to choose from. Unfortunately none of the baked good were vegan, but they had lots of vegetarian options. The people who work here were all very friendly and nice!
