Read moreOur tomato base is made with San Marzano tomatoes. These tomatoes are the most flavorful ones, coming from south of Italy, near Naples. These are the same ones that have been used in there for many generations, and are the most appreciated ones in the world of pizza. I hope this helps. Maybe you are used to some sauces with additives, but we go with the real best tomatoes in the world!

Read moreIf anyone thinks that this is an expensive price for a pizza, then they can find local food options (no problem at all). But for premium imported ingredients that require a pizza, such as San Marzano tomatoes, the best flour, slow fermentation dough, veggies cooked with extra virgin olive oil, etc. That's totally a fair price. Plus, remember Vietnam is now also having 10% VAT fees, which is even worse for imported items.

Delicious vegetarian and vegan pizza! - Edit
At the restaurant we offer Margherita pizza full of shiitake mushrooms and corn, which is delicious. We cover the base with extra tomato sauce, making it very tasty. It's a good option if you are traveling with non-veggie friends! We also give the chance to get the pizza Marinara, as a vegan choice, aswell as vegan pasta, consisting of tomato sauce and shiitake mushrooms.

Hi Yasmin, thanks for coming to eat with us and for your honest review😄We are trying to offer more choices for vegan people, but it's almost impossible to get vegan cheese to Ha Giang. That's why we are doing pizzas in the Marinara way, and adding as many extras as the customer wants. Now we are also including Selvaggia pasta, which can consist of tomato sauce and shiitake mushrooms. All the best
