Love the Culture - Edit
I love this place mostly because of the culture around it. Good people creating a good product. I used to go to their coffee shop and wished they would implement some of those things back into their burger place. I love how they are community driven and they’ve really worked hard to accomplish their goals. Their burgers are okay. I like the beet burger and the breakfast burger. I enjoy that they allow other companies to do pop ups in their space. The space, itself, turned out really nice. It’s nearby, but not my first choice usually. I have to really be in the mood.

I cried - Edit
The food here is absolutely amazing. I had a fish slider, I wish I had gotten two of them. I shared the cheese fries with my boyfriend, and they were so good that I cried.

I really like the Pirate Bone and their new location. The food is great, but it’s a little expensive for what you get. The chikn and waffles is AMAZING!

This place is amazing!! I’m from out of town and a pilot so I travel quite frequently- and this is one of the BEST burger joints I’ve ever been to. I can’t wait to come back and I’m actually sad that I tried it because now I will be craving it all the time!

Art Cross Roads Diner perfects color, texture and taste of a diner experience . - Edit
I was out taking pictures of the street art in this area and on a lark opened Happy Cow to find this jewel in the rough. It is not so obvious on the outside but just step inside to feel the vibe. This gem would shine anywhere, even San Francisco, Portland, and New York.

Nice all vegan burger joint - Edit
Got the classic burger and house fries. Pretty good. The burgers are actually sliders, so they might be smaller than what you're expecting (but still reasonably priced). House fries were a little limp but the other options might be different. Service was great as was the atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you're strolling through the area.

Wow! - Edit
Can't ask for better! Perfect portions on the smaller side, but appropriatrly priced! The black bean burger was delicious and the fries were outstanding. Great service! And a unique black chocolate chip muffin. We didn't question it. It was delicious and not too sweet.

Excellent food and service - Edit
This place is incredible on all fronts. There is a good variety of sliders, sides, and drinks. I recommend the beet burger and sriracha chix (which I believe may be marinated tofu but did not ask). The horchata was to die for. Staff was very friendly and I was pleased to see an almost entirely female staff. Mostly bar seating with one long couch and coffee table.

Strange but cool - Edit
This place does not have a lot of options on the menu but everything is vegan and they change up their menu. Can get a bagel and cream cheese! When I was there they had coffee available with pumpkin seed milk, which was very tasty!

Wow. I had a hot chia with almond milk and the Avocado Bagel Sandwich with tempeh bacon. It was so good. Just amazing. The bagel was fresh, the toppings were perfectly ripe, the tempeh bacon had a wonderful flavor. This is definitely a MUST VISIT!

Vegan Horchata & Lattes, Oh My! - Edit
I walked into this wonderful place about 3 months ago; and when I saw that the owner, Zaid, had used the frother, I asked to have it remade. He asked why, and I responded that, as a vegan, I can't use something that touches milk. THEN (oh, sweet cherry pie!), he informed me that P'sB had become ALL VEGAN ALL THE TIME! YeeHaw! Now, I spend every open morning with these lovely vegans, and I'm a VERY happy boy!

Delicious!! - Edit
This was one of our favorite spots in KC. We got the avocado bagel on a plain bagel and a activated charcoal pancake with chocolate chips. Both items were delicious! Wish we lived closer so we could come more often.

Gem of a Coffee Shop - Edit
A little gem in KC. We had a nitro cold brew and a Mexican cold brew - both really well done. The bagel sandwiches were great (the avocado bagel sandwich with pickled cabbage was sooo good). Enjoyed the shaded back patio, too - very peaceful. If we lived in KC, we would eat here all the time.

Come for the coffee, stay for the waffles - Edit
On the day I visited, they had a refrigerator issue so a lot of the items were not available. However, I wanted a latter and waffle anyways so it did not effect my experience. I had the charcoal waffle and it was amazing! They had multiple options for lattes and I got the rose latte that on a spring flavor special. The latte was good and had a semi sweet taste that was not overpowering.
