Many vegan options including pho, vermicelli bowl, bubble tea, spring rolls and broken rice bowl. Delicious.

I ate my first meal from Pho Sai Gon yesterday, and I can’t stop thinking about it! Being vegetarian, I love the taste of veggies, yet veg dishes from restaurants can sometimes be bland. The broth with my pho was the best I’ve ever tasted! Not only that, the portions were very generous, and I was able to make two meals of it.

My takeout order was separated into different containers to keep my bean sprouts and other veggies and herbs fresh & crispy until I was ready to mix things together.

I asked for spicy sauce and was given three types, two of which were made from scratch! It was also served with perfectly cooked tofu…crispy & chewy on the outside and soft in the middle.

High quality ingredients prepared with talent & care. What more could I want? This is my new favorite go-to. I love it when healthy food tastes so delicious!

Solid vegan pho - Edit

Don’t sleep on this place. Vegan pho is really tasty. They have this chili garlic oil stuff they serve on the side to add, highly recommend that. Went with an Omni coworker who ordered the beef pho and when she tasted hers and saw my vegan pho, she wished she’d ordered the vegan 🌱!

Great food - Edit

We had pho and yummy spring rolls, they both had tofu. You know how other places don’t even dare to season the tofu? Well, they did marinate theirs, so it wasn’t all plain and simple. It was great!
