I had a veggie arepa with black beans, tomato, and avocado. To have it this way, you'd have to ask for it without cheese because it originally comes with it.
Read moreI have never had Venezuelan food so I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, I did not notice anything different than your regular taco with a semi-fried tortilla but burger style.
Although. It was still good food and the staff were very kind!

Ordered a generous sized arepa with black beans, tomato, onion, plantain, and avocado. The avocado was cut so large that it was difficult to eat. There was no distinguishable flavor other than that of each of the ingredients in the arepa, so if you want something very simple that tastes exactly like all those things individually and together...this is probably the place for you!
Read morePragmatically speaking, it is one of the only vegan options in town especially if you're getting into Bozeman late. We got fries and rice on the side and the rice seemed to have all the salt the arepa was lacking.

Awesome vegan arepas - Edit
The arepa itself is vegan, no lard (we asked). Huge serving, over 1/2 an avocado, fried plantains and tons of well cooked and seasoned black beans. Spicy salsa is vegan and very good, couldn’t recommend this place more! Feels very clean and free from cross contamination, affordable, 10/10

For reference I’m Colombian and Venezuelan cuisine is very familiar. I’m so glad I found some yummy arepas nearby. I strongly recommend them!!
