Great Pho!

The vegan options at Pho Blue were clearly labelled and the menu is really simple which, to me, is a sign of quality food and not loads of frozen stuff.

The service was fast and friendly and the food was plentiful. We both had the vegan pho and fresh rolls which were hearty, flavourful and fresh.

I really appreciate when tofu is added to a dish to make it vegan, instead of a meat or fish being omitted to make it veg (then being charged the same).

The owner is really lovely and has a framed photo of his little dog beside the cash. 😍 We'll definitely be back to try out their other vegan options.

Pros: Clearly labelled options, Lovely service, Good size portions

Cons: Not a biggie, but there's little ambiance
