Cute Shop & Vegan Options - Edit
Philz has decent vegan options. I am not a coffee person, so I cannot speak to their main appeal. However, my tea was a blend and refreshing on a hot day. I noticed a few vegan options, including a vegan breakfast sandwich.

Got a tasty vegan breakfast sandwich so I’m sold! Had Justegg, a Beyond patty, and Daiya cheese. And they had a vegan donut too (didn’t try it), as well as a few plant based milk options.

Amazing quality coffee with vegan desserts and pre packaged foods - Edit
This is the best coffee shop I ever been to. They only make made to order pour over coffee. They also offer teas. They have an assortment of plant milks, with most recently added oat milk. Adding plant milk to your beverage is free as well. Well deserving of 5 stars.
