Making the most of pepino while it's still here since we now know we don't have long left to enjoy it! We go every week for breakfast or lunch, recommend the full breakfast, the pancakes, the milkshakes, and the tofu twister wrap!

Friendly cafe with loads of tasty options - Edit
Pepino's is a regular visit for us, on the last occasion we took a friend and their two kids, alongside our two, and they all loved the milkshakes and hotdogs, I went for the BBQ flatbread which was super yummy, and my friend had the New York bagel. There's such a nice atmosphere in the cafe, sometimes with that many kids in tow you can feel like their least favourite customer of the day, but that's never the case at Pepino's. We've been a lot and it's always fantastic.

Pepino Deli - Edit
Cute cafe with indoor only seating. Friendly staff. No parking outside during the day, loading only. A couple of pay and display car parks just down the street though. Varied menu and a nice place for brekkie or lunch. Loved the playlist and could have sat there longer listening to the tunes 🎶! It was however pretty cold in there, my hands were frozen and I don’t tend to generally feel the cold. The chai I had was delicious, the gyro flatbread was ok. It was a big portion but most of the topping was iceberg lettuce which diminished the flavour of the other toppings and tzatziki. The coleslaw was an extra, for me this lacked flavour and was basically just red cabbage in mayo. I’ll be trying a different dish next time and will hopefully enjoy the food more. The chai however will definitely be a repeat order!

What a great addition to keep staff and customers safe. Not sure if that’s why the cafe was so cold though.

Parking on the street limited to 40mins so we found a short stay just down the road, pay up to 6pm. The cafe closes at 5pm on a Saturday.

What can I say, I live in Glossop and since moving here I'm so glad I have this little gem on my doorstep. It's right next to where many of the local buses go from (you can't quite call it a bus station though), and it's just so handy if you have a while to wait, to pop in and grab a cuppa and a bite to eat from the amazing menu. You'll always be guaranteed a friendly hello too. Such a great place to escape from the real world, this eclectic little cafe is somewhere you'll definitely come back to. I can't recommend Pepino's enough. Well done guys!

Perfect in Every Way 🌱💚 - Edit
First visit and absolutely love this place already. Staff are so helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about vegan food and what they do. The care shows through in the menu, ingredients, presentation. It was tasty and soooo generous. I had the tofu wrap to take out and a beetroot latte which was divine. The indoor seating space is tasteful and well thought out. I need to work my way through the rest of the menu now!! 😂

We were staying near Bakewell and had visited the few vegan cafes in that area but decided to travel a bit further into Glossop to check out Pepino Deli. It's a charming café with welcoming staff. It seems a popular spot as three of the half a dozen or so tables were already occupied just after 12,15pm.
Read moreI ordered the Sweet Chilli Chx made up of marinated tofu, pineapple and red pepper in a sticky sweet chilli sauce with broccoli and giant cous cous. I was presented with a pungent bowl with aromas of garlic and chilli and it was absolutely luscious! Neal ordered the Chickpea Chuna Melt - smoked chickpeas and nori in a mayo dressing, red onion and melted cheese on ciabatta. It arrived with tiny sautéed potatoes and a crisp slaw. Pronounced most enjoyable by himself.
The deli also sells some lovely vegan cheeses and vegan meats such as smoked ham and salami. And there was cake! I ordered a raspberry and custard slice to take away. Unusual combination but very yummy.
Apparently Pepino Deli is related to Plant & Planet in Castleton so we will try and make it there later this week.
Pros: Dog friendly, Fully vegan, Super staff
Cons: Can't think of anything

Really nice to stop for a fully vegan lunch after a walk with the dog. (Dogs welcome and given a bowl of water) I ordered a tofu twister wrap which was really tasty, fresh and filling. Also had a delicious Black Forest milkshake which was great! Lovely place, friendly staff. Lots of families in too. Very welcoming.

The deluxe hot chocolate was great, so many marshmallows, so pretty.
Read moreFull breakfast was fabulous, herby sausages, fantastic vecan and juicy big mushrooms. Ripe soft avocados and the beans were standard.
Everything was really good except for the hash browns, they were potato....nubbins? Not cooked properly or something...maybe just about undercooked?
The server was so bubbly, loved her energy.
Also, they do birthday cakes!

Stumbled upon this place when in the area recently and stopped for lunch. Really great little place. Some lovely varied menu options, great choice of drinks, dog friendly and the staff are really welcoming. Food was very good and so was the hot chocolate. Was too full for cake but got some to takeaway and they were outstanding!
