This cafe / deli is an adorable place to sit in or takeaway, or pick up essentials for at home. Wether you’re wanting vegan junk food or a light salad, this place has it all, and a fully plant based deli range as well. They always have new things to try, including home made cakes and vegan snacks to their own hand made seitan meats 🤯 lovely coffee and cold drinks selection to accompany a delicious meal ♥️

Where do I even start with this place? The staff, the food, the atmosphere are all just incredible. It’s such a treat to come here knowing we can have tasty, homemade, healthy vegan food (and sometimes a treat!!).
Read moreWe have had pretty much everything off the menu and nothing has disappointed us. We have had their “meat” for Christmas dinner, deliveries at home during lockdown and a cake for my partners 30th birthday. The attention to detail are second to none.
All the staff, particularly Vic & Jim are so friendly and welcoming to the community, they really do go above and beyond for you and you can tell this place, and good vegan food, is truly their passion.
I would also like to note, as seen on Facebook, how much these guys are doing for the community and delivering food parcels to NHS hospitals, food banks and animal shelters during the coronavirus pandemic. This is all done from their own time through donations and I just think they are amazing.
If ever you are in Glossop, or are a little further out and can make the journey, GO TO PEPINO! You won’t regret it. And the coffee is 🤤

I absolutely love pepino deli. Their food is absolutely delicious, We are very spoilt for choice with this little gem. I highly recommend trying the tofu chikn pesto panini it's amazing & my favourite. The vegan breakfast is so delicious. You can also purchase a wide range of plant based deli meats along with other products from the delicious deli counter . Pepino make delicious cakes and the coffee is lovely. You can purchase veggie/ vegan cookery books and so much more . I highly recommend this wonderful little cafe . You are always welcomed with a friendly smile 😁

During lockdown I’ve missed using this deli as a place to have coffee, vegan breakfast & catch ups with friends ... so ordered in on the delivery menu on a Saturday night as a treat. Loved the sweet chilli CHX and cookies and cream cake for afterwards. Have also loved popping in to get a takeaway caramel oat latte and some quirky shaped pasta.

We decided to try their delivery service (the are in collaboration with Victoria Lounge so you need to call them to order) and we were not disappointed. Food wad delivered within 45 minutes and was super tasty and satisfying. We had the "bacon double cheeseburger", potato wedges and sweet chili CHX, along with 2 slices of delicious cake for afters, cannot recommend this place highly enough, will order again soon.

Amazing vegan food. I have a milk allergy so loved finding a food place where I can have anything without worrying about being unwell. We went to a food evening once and everything was lovely and fresh and flavourful. Cakes are amazing too. Good coffee too. Also in lockdown they delivered supplies which was very much appreciated when unable to go out.

Been going here since it opened, and it's only got better! The vegan options are delicious, the staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, there's a good selection of vegan cookbooks on offer, and the cakes are fab! We've had three cakes custom made, and they've each been perfect and exactly what we wanted ❤

Pepino is a great veggie gem in the centre of Glossop. Before the corona crisis they were great, and now they are still doing EVERYTHING to look after their customers. They've changed the layout of the shop during the crisis so they can also offer daily goods and essentials alongside their amazing food. We've been getting take away deliveries each week and my wife and I are super happy to see the return of the CHX Burger, so good!!!

We visit Pepino on a regular basis - we try to go once a week for a treat. Since opening they have offered fantastic quality and great vegan options, and it’s only getting better.
Read moreThe range of food on offer is usually sandwiches/toasties/panini -hot or cold - and Buddha bowls, salads, and a small range of dishes like hot pot and jacket potatoes. They have a dedicated kids menu, and state that all food is vegan unless specified otherwise. They offer some of the best coffee in glossop with a range of plant based milks, fully vegan milkshakes (to die for) and alcoholic beverages.
The food is made fresh to order, and it’s always piping hot (if you’re ordering a hot dish!) and tastes incredible. The owners are extremely accommodating, and are very active in the local vegan scene. For example, my favourite dish is the tofu “egg” mayo, and after expressing my obsession with the sandwich they have put it on the specials board twice in the last two weeks at times that suited me. There are home baked cakes and brownies, which are divine.
They regularly have themed nights (jazz nights, pizza nights etc) and offer a Sunday lunch and afternoon tea if you pre book. There are several gluten free options. The olives are some of the tastiest I’ve ever had, and what they do to their tofu “chicken” is magic. They always say bye as you’re leaving, and you really feel like a valued customer. Great prices too.
This place is an absolute credit to not only Glossop, but to vegan dining, too. I thoroughly recommend you travel to eat here. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve taken friends who have then raved about Pepino to their out of town guests and they’ve then paid a visit.

Visited here for the first time and thought this was a lovely place. The staff were really friendly and provided good service. There was plenty of choice and practically everything was vegan. Nicely situated in the centre of Glossop and a good coffee too.
