Okay But Dry

Food not amazing. Staff have limited knowledge of vegan options but from pass discussions and our reading, falafel, hummus, babaganoush, and pita were safe. Got these and chips. Food was dry and relatively flavourless but at high price (about standard for Geneva). Would not recommend unless you are in a pinch!

Cons: Dry food, Staff limited knowledge

Falafel

I love the falafel wrap here. Such a great price and it’s always tasty and fast. Just order any of the falafel dishes without the yogurt sauce

Perfect for vegetarians; not ideal for gluten-free

Hummus and grape leaves were delicious. While most restaurants in Geneva do have English-speaking staff, the waiters here did not speak English. I wasn’t sure if the falafel was gluten-free, and didn’t want to take a chance, since I have actual food allergies. My friend who is not GF thought the pita was good. Since I couldn’t eat the pita bread, I was hoping to get carrot sticks or cucumber slices instead, but they said that wasn’t an option.

This isn’t a great neighborhood. Totally fine during the day, but I wouldn’t hang out here at night. It is very convenient and close to the main train station (Cornavin).

Pros: Good hummus & grape leaves, Close to Cornavin train station

Cons: Staff did not speak English, Very hard to determine which items are gluten-free

Decent

I had a falafel wrap to go, which was cheaper than most other things at 8 CHF. The falafels themselves were tasty, but they disappeared completely behind the acidity of onions and sauces. It was mostly what you could taste. Good bread and kind staff.

Pretty good and filling

Vegetarian platter without yoghurt sauce is vegan. Tasty, fresh, filling. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice falafel

Need to specify vegan a few times as some of the staff didn’t know what couldn’t go in the wrap. Very crunchy

The veggie platter!

The vegetarian platter is excellent. I thought I've tried every falafel out there but these made my day. They're perfect. Everything on the platter is delicious, I already want more eggplant. I ate the whole thing, and a little too quickly! This is a cozy place (across from it's larger Grill sibling) where everyone seems to enjoy hanging out and eating delicious food.

Pros: Flavor, Quantity, Ambiance

Best flafels ever

Really tasty flafel meal (super crunchy outside texture) with lovely humous and salad. Also mayonnaise on the plate I wasn’t sure what it was made of so left it. This was despite checking with the waiter (in French) that the dish contained no egg or cheese or animal products...

Pros: Best flafels ever, Obviously popular- good sign, Good value

Cons: Not sure it was all vegan
