Wir haben Brüsseler Waffeln mit Kokos- bzw. Walnussfüllung gegessen. Sie waren gut, vollkornig, aber nicht überragend. Dass das winzige Schälchen Nusscreme 2,6€ kostet, fanden wir nicht angemessen. Der Eistee war ok. Für alles zusammen haben wir 20€ gezahlt.

Bonjour, nos gaufres bios de Bruxelles demeurent les moins chères de la ville, quant aux crèmes cacao noisettes (également bios) elles sont à 1,95 euros et normalement nous avons indiqué lors du service que nous pouvions vous en apporter un deuxième si un seul bol n'était pas suffisant. Par ailleurs nous n'avons aucun topping à 2,60, le seul topping qui dépasse les 2,3 euros est le fruit du jour (un fruit bio poché au sirop maison qui demande plusieurs heures de travail avant d'être servi qui est à 2,90) voilà pour nos clarifications. N'hésitez pas à indiquer vos retours également lorsque l'équipe vous demande comment était votre expérience car une explication de visu sur nos tarifs peut toujours être éclairante voire rassurante et épargner à tous le monde bien des malentendus. Perfect spot for waffles and coffee ! - Edit
I came here with my friends for a brunch time, and we had an amazing experience. We took both sweet and savoury brunches, everything is homemade with local and organic products ( which is getting very rare nowadays ). They also had vegan options, even for the waffles ! The quality of the service was perfectly on point, with good vibes, good music and the staff was here to answer all of our questions.

Amazing coffee and brunch! - Edit
I always have a great time at Pardon. The staff is very polite and attentive to any food allergies or preferences. I usually go for their vegan brunch, and today I tried their celery and pepper gazpacho for the first time. It was absolutely delicious! Their products are all organic and they have good vegan and vegetarian options for everybody.

Bonjour, 3 commentaires mensongers sur 3 réseaux, avec des photos qui datent d'il y a 5 ans probablement glanées où vous pouviez (nous ne faisons plus de gaufres de Bruxelles salées depuis 2021, par ailleurs il est rigoureusement impossible de servir des gaufres comme celle de la photo vieilles de 3 jours). Je ne sais pas ce qu'on vous a fait au juste pour que vous jugiez utile de proférer de tels mensonges partout où vous passez, mais c'est aussi peu respectueux de notre travail (je rappelle que 9 personnes vivent de cette entreprise que vous diffamez) que du besoin d'avis véridiques des autres utilisateurs que de votre propre parole. J'espère qu'un jour vous éveillerez suffisamment votre conscience pour avoir honte de tels comportements.

Unfortunately the vegan waffles are only available Friday through Sunday, but the small waffle pastry I had that was vegan was incredibly tasty. The coffee was also very good so definitely recommend. Will go back in the weekend to try the whole waffle.

I totally recommend this place, in particular for the sweet waffles that are absolutely perfect. For visitors looking for a belgian waffle: just go there. It's not in the center but the neighborhood has a very cool vibe.

Bonjour, oui on a opté pour l'expression "plant based" histoire de cesser d'"effrayer" (face palm oui oui). Notez qu'on n'a pas été "intimidés" mais les personnes qui ont eu le genre de réaction dont je vous ai parlé semblent surtout avoir la volonté d'être désobligeantes, végétalien ou non, y a des esprits chagrin. A l'inverse, pour marquer le positif du truc : on a de plus en plus de clients initialement peu sensibles à la cause végan qui reviennent pour la cuisine végé... ça progresse donc, et dans la douceur ! Merci pour votre commentaire et j'espère à bientôt (nous ouvrons pour quelques temps en take away)

Hi, We only have one vegan savoury option, yes (25% of the savoury menu). We also have 3 different kinds of plant based "milk", 80% of the sides for sweet warm waffles are vegan, half of the ice creams are also vegan. We also have half of the warm waffles desserts which can be vegan (sides are vegan you just have to ask for a warm vegan waffles with it) and when the vegan "pardon" (tiny brioche waffles filled and ices) are sold, they are gone, so, what can I answer to that but "take a look on the menu next time" because your review seems to be particularly unfair. And for the record : everything is fresh, homemade, seasonal, organic, so when we sold all the vegan options near to the cash machine, check the menu please. Have a nice day. Marla
