Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican restaurant with several locations. Offers vegan beef and chicken strips (made from wheat gluten, soy, peas, carrots) for fajitas, and you could add it to other vegetarian mains for a charge. Will leave out cheese and give you just guacamole when requested. Removed August 2023: Limited vegan options.

New menu😒 not vegan friendly - Edit
We have frequently stopped here on our way through Fargo over the years because they had great fajitas with vegan beef or chicken and fresh veggies. Plus, they are right off the interstate.
Read moreThey now have a new menu (August 2023). Not only do they not have the vegan mock meat options (which was just a bonus because most places don’t), apparently they can’t just make veggie fajitas. You have to get beef or chicken. Manager refused to even just charge us full price and leave the meat off (a huge financial win for them). It isn’t about a marinade having animal product’s according to the server. Just a hard “nope, won’t do it”
So we ended up with “enchiladas” with no cheese. No sauce, not even salsa. No dressing for iceberg lettuce salad. Veggies in the “enchiladas” are clearly from a frozen bag, not fresh (Machine cut, too wet, bland). Charged full price.
Very disappointing. Not vegan friendly at all.
Husband said “it was edible, but wouldn’t go out of my way”. I29 is visible from the restaurant 😂 it took less than a minute to get here.

Pros: Server was very nice and tried very hard to help, It looked nice on the plate, Didn’t question any accidental animal products
Cons: Poor vegan adjustments, Poor value, Not very good

Not a lot of options - Edit
Due to covid we couldn't eat in. Ordered takeout. I ordered a burrito with the vegan chicken. Horrible. It had RAW baby carrots ( as is, not chopped or anything!) And broccoli. The chicken and red bell peppers were cooked. Very odd.

Good roadtrip stop for vegans - Edit
Not a bad stop on a roadtrip through Fargo. They offer a vegan chicken substitute which was the main reason my sister picked this spot (thanks for looking out for me ;)). This place gets quite busy - we had to wait but luckily not a long time. Chips & salsa available while waiting for the food. I ordered a salad with the meatless chicken, avocado, beans - basically made my own. My mom got the meatless chicken fajita which I also tried (yum). The food came out quickly and it was good! My mom and sister also enjoyed their margaritas. Our server was great and available whenever we needed him despite the many tables he was attending to. Wifi was available, plenty of parking.

good veg option - Edit
I really enjoyed their veggie burrito, minus the cheese and added the meatless chicken. Add a new place to our vegan options in Fargo.

Delicious! - Edit
There isn't a huge selection of vegan options here but that's ok because they do their one or two items very well. The meatless fajitas are made with their own meat substitute available as a steak or chicken flavor made from, "soy, wheat, beets, peas, and carrots." It's a big portion that comes with a side of Spanish rice. To make it vegan just make sure to skip the cheese and sour cream.
