great for vegetarians, fine for vegans - Edit

The vegan options are few and are less interesting and debaucherous than the rest of the menu. However, my vegetarian companion says the burger was one of the best vege burgers he has had.

expensive and not for vegans - Edit

Very Limited options for vegans. 4 dishes in total and they aren't very good. They can take cheese out of the dishes but you pay extra if you e.g. ask if they can add falafel instead of Cheese, you pay for a falafel dish and the main dish.

Too expensive compared what you get.

Cosy place - Edit

Very cosy restaurant with view on Notre Dame. Friendly staff but the food is only average. I had the green chilli (which is one of 4 vegan dishes and two of them are salad, but at least they are labeled in the menu). The idea of a green chilli sounded great but it was not very well seasoned. 15€ is also quite expensive for the rather small size of the dish.

Pros: Nice view, Cosy

Cons: Expensive , Not many vegan options

Lovely location in Paris - Edit

So glad I found this restaurant. There is a menu in English and the kind gentleman looking after me was incredibly helpful. Ordered a lemonade which was so good. The croque came with a lovely salad and egg and was very tasteful. For dessert ordered the vegan ice cream. Vanilla and pistachio nut. Wow. Nicely decorated as well. A great meal. Amazing service. Superb location.

good for vegetarian, but not for vegans - Edit

I tired to place 3 times already and each time, I find the plates to be very good, but not much vegan choice.
There was one vegan dessert choice on the menu, and they did not have it on that day.

Two vegan main plates were available, so we order them both, but they were practically the same base.

Nice atmosphere and nice staff, but unfortunately, it is not catered to vegans.

Very few vegan options - Edit

I went there for lunch.
The vegan options are clearly indicated, but they are very few.
I asked if it was possible to "veganize" a vegetarian dish, but the waiter answered that it was not possible at all.

Pros: Location

Cons: More vegan options

Nice Place - Edit

This place is bright and cheerful. The vegetarian options were good, but the vegan options were more limited. Service was good and cheerful, our waiter spoke good English, and they had an English menu. Not sure I would eat there again.

Pros: Nice environment

Cons: Limited vegan options

okay, but not very impressed with it - Edit

I had the beet and apple tartare. It was very small and not very special. It came with fries, which were also no nothing very interesting. The restaurant was busy, and the staff settled a little distracted.

friendly staff moderate vegan options - Edit

Cute restaurant with bright decor.

Very friendly and attentive staff (not very common in Paris!) With some English known but menu is in both French and English so no problems there.

Full vegetarian menu with a few vegan items listed - can recommend the vegan zucchini pasta (although I wanted the Vegan chili but it had run out that night!) and the vegan dessert: intense choco - tasted like a ferrero rocher! Something I haven't tasted for several years :)

Pros: moderately priced , 100% vegetarian (I'm vegan so I didn't che, friendly staff with some English

Cons: few vegan options (but delicious!)

Delicious - Edit

Amazing vegetarian restaurant with some vegan options. Helps to know French when making orders vegan but not necessary as most servers know English. Average size servings, decent prices (my bill was under €40 for two people). Friend wasn't vegetarian but really enjoyed the meal. Great chili sin carne.

Nice for afternoon tea - Edit

We went there in the afternoon, because we were exhausted by the continuous walking around during touristy stuff! I had a refreshing juice, whilst my husband went for a cappuccino with almond milk and a chocolate "bomb" (vegan), everything was delicious and I found the price ok, considering that you are bang in the middle of Paris. I didn't have the chance to try their food, but their menu was pretty large and there were quite a few vegan options. The place is nice and bright, we sat in the "conservatory" because it was hot and really enjoyed the break.

Pros: Very central, Perfect for an afternoon break

Lovely Place - Edit

I went to this place my first night in Paris with high expectations, and it didn't disappoint. The general atmosphere was lovely and vibrant, with a range of different people. The waiter was also really helpful, answering questions and also not making me feel awkward eating on my own, which is important to me while travelling. I had the seitan boulignon which was absolutely delicious, if a bit difficult to eat because of the bowl. The food was also very slow to arrive which was fine for me because I arrived quite early, but some people were obviously impatient. I would definitely go back here if I was in the city again

Pros: Great food, Great atmosphere, Helpful staff

Cons: Slow service

Good food, friendly service - Edit

We visited Paradis Marguerite on a weeknight in February and found that it wasn't full at all. I would guess that it is busier during the high tourist season, as it is convenient to many of the museums. The decor is cheerful, with a yellow and white theme in keeping with the restaurant's name. The food was tasty, but the portions were quite large. I ordered an appetizer and a main course, and it turned out to be more than I could finish. My companion quite happily finished all of his, though he did also remark that it was really too much. He had been hoping to have beef bourguignon while in Paris, but he was satisfied to have had Paradis Marguerite's seitan bourguignon instead. The mushroom soup that came with my main course was particularly good in my own meal.

Please try the serían bourguignon and coconut cream coffee - Edit

I loved this place. They have a modern and relaxed decor and atmosphere. Great location with view over the Seine. Fully organic kitchen, brunch on Sundays and their kitchen is open till quite late.

However, there were only two vegan options on the menu. I tried the green chili, which was ok but not great. They probably also need more staff. The seitan bourguignon definitely made up for the chili. The taste was absolutely amazing and it was great to taste the vegan version of such a French staple. Another delicious surprise was their coffee with coconut cream.

I will definitely be coming back here again for their delicious coffee and seitan bourguignon.

Pros: Seitan bourguignon, Coconut cream coffee, Great decor & location

Cons: Green chili, Understaffed, Vegan options not labelled

The restaurant is just by the river and you can see notre dame de paris from the window
Staff was really friendly and the food tasted amazing. Prices are in line with prices in Paris. Not too cheap but not overpriced.
I recommend the pancakes de quinoa

Pretty good place - Edit

While not marketed as a juice bar, Paradis Marguerite offers loads of fresh juice, vegan smoothies and vegan yogurts.

This said, the place is a true restaurant, with many types of main courses (chili, crepes, salads). The ingredients feel super fresh and the recipes are original. A really nice place in the area, if you want to eat healthy.

Opened in late September 2016, Paradis Marguerite is a young restaurant, with some improvements to come. As of October 2016, vegan options aren't always clearly indicated, and may feel rare for a veggie place.

And it's not cheap. It's really good, but comes at a price. Count around 25 € per person, for starter + main course + a drink. With a desert or coffee, the check may quickly rises over 30 €.

Pros: Really fresh ingredients, Original recipes, mixing many influences

Cons: Vegan options not clearly stated yet, A bit expensive
