Suite au commentaire frauduleux, il y a eu plusieurs vérification, notamment par la dgccrf pour les fraudes... la vendeuse a montré le Black matcha et pas le thé vert matcha qui est vegan... en France on ne rigole pas avec les allergènes sinon il y aurait déjà des accidents graves.

De passage à Nice, je suis venue hier à la boutique pour leurs glaces soit disant Vegan… le monsieur m’a sorti tout un discours sur celle au thé Matcha et celle à la noisette soit disant vegan ! Il m’a dit que c’était fait au lait de riz, qu’ils faisaient très attention blablabla! Je lui ai fait confiance. GROSSE ERREUR.

Elle m’a même montré l’étiquette « lait et crème fraiche » sur le bac!! C’est très grave! JE DECONSEILLE LE PAPILLA DE NICE ! Ne faites pas confiance à cet homme qui m’a pris pour une idiote et qui se moque des conséquences sur ces allergènes et sur le respect de l’éthique de ses clients. Malhonnêteté sans scrupule de cet homme que vous voyez en photo sur le site.
EDIT: Their products are all made in Grasse city in the same factory. Ask for the hidden label on the tub of icecream ! You'll see "cow milk" written in French : " lait", "crème fraiche"..
It's completely illegal to do what they do !
Cons: Dishonest about their vegan products, Intentionally disrespectful toward vegan people, and lactose intolerant people

Le malentendu provient du fait que vous avez comparé des glaces proposées dans deux boutiques Papilla différentes. À Nice, notre glace « Thé Matcha » est bien sans sucre ajouté, sans lait et donc vegan. À Cannes, il existe en revanche un parfum « Black Matcha » qui contient du lait. De la même manière, la glace noisette évoquée ne correspond pas à celle proposée dans notre boutique de Nice.
Tous les allergènes sont clairement indiqués sur les étiquettes de chacun de nos parfums et notre équipe prend toujours le temps de renseigner les clients sur la composition de nos glaces, en particulier lorsqu'il s'agit d'un régime vegan ou d'allergies alimentaires.
Nous sommes donc très surpris que ce malentendu ait conduit à remettre en cause le sérieux de notre boutique. En tant que petit artisan, nous avons consacré beaucoup de temps et de travail au développement de nos recettes vegan, et cette confusion donne malheureusement une image qui ne reflète pas la réalité de notre établissement.
Nous vous demandons donc de bien vouloir corriger ou supprimer votre avis, qui repose sur des faits inexacts. Les accusations de malhonnêteté portées à notre encontre sont particulièrement graves et portent atteinte à notre réputation. À défaut d'une rectification, nous nous réserverons le droit d'entreprendre les démarches appropriées pour faire valoir nos droits.

A lot of flavors, some sorbets and some with rice milk. The staff made us try a lot of different flavors, telling us proudly about their production. They told us that they want to be the best at vegan ice cream in Nice. And they might be! Everything was very tasty. My favorite was litchee. Yum!

Best vegan ice cream and sorbets I’ve ever had. In addition to making an amazing silky creamy texture, they perfect the flavor by not overdoing the sweetness which is not easy to find in vegan ice cream. Our favorites have been the vegan almond, vegan matcha, and the chocolate sorbet. The base for their vegan ice cream flavors is rice milk.

Very friendly owner, making us try all the flavours, you could see he was super proud of his gelato, so cute. It tasted delicious and the bonus part is that he had vegan gelato in different flavours other than just sorbet: hazelnut, pistachio, coffee and more. All made with rice milk. And some rare sorbet options like lychee too. Very tasty and the cone is vegan!

I’ve tried the usual famous ice cream places in Nice and I can honestly say that in my opinion this one is definitely the best, a hidden gem! Less touristic than Fenoccio, and they take card payments contrary to Azzuro. The owner was super nice and made me tried several flavors! You must try their hazelnut vegan ice cream, it’s absolutely delicious.

The latter two worked really well together, the subtle creaminess of the match off-set the deep, rich chocolate perfectly. However, the former combination was an absolute riot of nutty goodness and they were both both equally my favourite of the plentiful offerings. Also, the cones are vegan too, a fact that I overlooked when placing my order. In summary, exceeding good and definitely worth hunting out.

Holy grail of vegan gelato in Nice! Sooooo many options — not just fruit, hallelujah — but let me tell you. The fruit options ACTUALLY SLAP. The owner is such a gem and let us try literally all the vegan flavors (there were like 12) and we were stunned by the mango and passion fruit. Ended up getting the chocolate (life changing), hazelnut, and mango — and they’re so good combined!

There are lots of ice cream places in Nice with a great selection of vegan sorbets, but this place has actual vegan ice cream! There were two different flavors available: almond and hazelnut. We tried both and loved them! Don’t be alarmed by the fact that they’re advertised as sugar free, they’re super sweet and delicious.

The guy working there is also very sweet and lets you taste the ice cream before choosing.
There is not a huge difference between how much gelato you get in the small cup and the bigger cups, so I will advise you to get the small cup with 2 scoops (3€)
