Be careful, they told me the same when I was in Nice but it's a lie ! The matcha and hazelnuts ice creams aren't vegan and they clearly know about it ! Ask to check the label on the tub next time ! I'm vegan and French, I asked to Papilla Cannes and checked the label with the honest employee there and they told me the ice creams and sorbets are all made at the same factory and they showed me the label. They reminded me too that "glace" usually means "cow ice cream" whereas "sorbet" means made with water.. please always ask to check the label if the place is not entirely vegan
