Be careful, they told me the same but it's a lie when I was in Nice! The matcha and hazelnuts ice creams aren't vegan and they clearly know about it ! Ask to check the label on the tub next time ! I'm vegan and French, I asked to Papilla Cannes and checked the label with the honest worker there and they told me the ice creams and sorbets are all made at the same factory and she showed me the label. And she reminded me too that "glace" usually means "cow ice cream" whereas "sorbet" means made with water.. please always ask to check the label if the place is not entirely vegan
