Likely the only veg donuts in Bay Ridge - Edit
Sometimes they have vegan donuts. In more than one flavor. Yes, these are cake donuts. Yes, they are tiny. But they are crumbly and moist and viciously sweet, and sometimes it's exactly what you crave. Also, these are probably the only vegan donuts in all of Bay Ridge, and us beggars can't be choosers. Nice options, poor service - Edit
This old neighborhood standby has been in the neighborhood for about 20 years but just began pushing into the vegan market just before the Covid shutdowns of 2020. The menu has expanded several times. The vegan options are good. In addition to a wide variety of vegetables that can be used to build your own sandwich, they also have several menu suggestions for combinations. Specialty ingredients include vegan mozzarella and a few mock meats (meatball sub or Philly cheesesteak). They also have a lot of vegan pastries and contract with several vendors to bring in a variety - ask for help, but most vegan items are on their own shelf in the bakery. Some, but not all, of the sweets come from Vegan Treats.

As a result of some poor practices from the top down, waits can be king and service spotty even though the staff all honestly do appear to be doing their best. Do not swing by here if you’re in a rush and be prepared to have a long lunch if you eat in. Grabbing a pastry to go is much quicker, but there is often a long line at the counter even if you aren’t eating in.
They rarely have the vegan rainbow cookies in stock but if they do, definitely try one. They’re great! The broccoli rabe on sandwiches is also fantastic!
