Excellent addition to the neighborhood

I am so happy Bar Chuzo has opened in Bay Ridge! They have a great vibe and the staff is wonderful. The food is great. The vegan ceviche is especially good, but I also enjoyed the vegan paella. A lot of things that aren’t marked vegan are easily made vegan; they also do not mark anything made in a shared frier as vegan, which shows a level of understanding of veganism uncommon in the neighborhood.

I am excited to enjoy this place whenever I’m in Bay Ridge!
