Great for location and staff - Edit
Hard to beat location on a pretty day in Balboa park by the sculpture garden. There were several options. The tofu banh mi had a nice ratio of bread to filling. The staff was super nice and chatty.

I had the curry fries and quinoa veggie soup. The fries were great but the curry sauce was rather bland. I personally like a bolder curry with some spiciness. The soup had a few bits of vegetables and barely any quinoa. Definitely not worth the almost $13 price.

Good price and nice place for lunch if you’re in Balboa. The soba salad is very refreshing and there is a rotating beer draft. Fast and friendly service.

Coconut Tzatziki. - Edit
After months of walking by this place, my family and I finally decided to check it out. We ordered the hummus board and soba salad, but multiple other vegan options looked delicious. My mom’s soba salad was really good; I really liked the dressing too. My hummus board was tasty, the veggies were fresh, and the coconut tzatziki was my favorite part. The hummus was a little bland, in my opinion, but I still really enjoyed my lunch. The outdoor seating was nice, the service was pretty quick, and the staff was relatively friendly. I am definitely looking forward to going back and trying the other vegan options!

I had low expectations for vegan food at Balboa Park so I was blown away by the food here. The fried cauliflower was amazing and the hummus board was flavorful.
