Had the veggie bagel. Good-sized portion. Fresh ingredients. Other options include a taro burger, avocado toast, some salads and milk alternatives for coffee.

They had a vegan bagel sandwich with pesto, hummus, roasted red peppers, avocado, everything bagel, and spinach. Really delicious sandwich!

Best breakfast and coffee on Maui - Edit
If I could give them 5 stars I would! We went to Paia Bay Coffee more times than I can count… I ordered the vegan bagel every time and the iced Vegan Carmel Coconut Mac Nut Latte. It was incredible every single time and it never got old. I could eat there every day of my life.
