Nice little shop that just opened, "still finding their rhythm" is what they write on signs, but very friendly and doing their best. I got the vegan bagel (chose a bagel with jalapeño crunch on top - nice touch) and it was packed wit umami flavors - Tofu, tomatoes, veg.cheddar, a Sauce with Chili and dried tomatoes I think, and lots of veg. cream cheese.
Read moreThey also have PB&J-bagels, which should be vegan, I guess...will ask next time... And you can get just bagels & vegan cream cheese of course...

Read moreGood news: The bagel dough we use is vegan across the whole range. You can combine them with any of our vegan cream cheeses, and we also have vegan and vegetarian signature bagels. The PB&J is fully vegan too😄
PS: We also have vegan protein shakes and milk alternatives for coffee and matcha.
