Pretty good - Edit
A couple of vegan options, all basically the same thing. I got the veggie vegan tacos which are pretty good. The tacos came with rice, beans, Pico, lettuce and guacamole. The live music was nice and not too loud and the scenery and sunset was beautiful. House margarita was also good and not too strong.

Average food but nice views of golf course - Edit
Went here for breakfast and got a table fast (a lot of other places open for breakfast had long lines so that was a big plus. The veggie burrito was so-so: didn’t have much flavor without adding hot sauce to it. Island Tacos is about 30 mins from this location if you are looking for delicious Mexican options.

Very average - Edit
Got the cactus burrito and found it quite flavorless without hot sauce
Read moreGuacamole was very creamy which made me wonder if it was vegan
Probably my own stupid fault but the pina colada was very much not vegan
Expensive considering what it was too

Great flavor, wonderful people - Edit
My husband and I had dinner at Paco’s Tacos and we were delighted with the experience. We’re planning to return.
Read moreCurrently, you place your order with the host before you’re seated. You access the online menu by scanning a QR code. I think there is also a menu displayed on the wall in the entry way. You can browse the menu on the website and save some time. While there isn’t a vegan symbol on the vegan entrees, they do say “vegan” in the title or description.
We ordered a basket of chips and salsa, nopal tacos, and the nopal burrito. The chips were everything you’d expect: not too thick or thin, not too greasy, and with a nice corn flavor. The salsa tasted very fresh.
I had the nopal tacos, and the flavor was spot on. After I started eating, I regretted only ordering 2 tacos because they were so, so good. But halfway through the 2nd one, I knew I couldn’t finish three. If you’re hungry though, go for the 3rd one. :-)
My husband had the nopal burrito. Unlike a different vegan burrito he had on this trip, he said the flavor of everything came through. He experimented with the house-made hot sauces, but says they weren’t necessary. The burrito includes whole beans (not refried - a plus for him) and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly.
Pros: Several vegan options clearly marked, Friendly staff, quick food delivery, shaded patio, Excellent flavors!
Cons: Currently closed Wednesdays

vegan tacos! - Edit
I got the veggie-vegan tacos which had rice, beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, and guacamole on corn tortillas. Was yummy but lacked some flavor, so make sure to add hot sauce (: love that they have vegan items listed on menu.
