Its much bigger than the main street location and while it doesn't look like much from the outside they have a pretty large selection of natural products and a small deli that has some various sandwiches (same as their main street location)
I go here when I want a quick bite or some delicious soup. My favorite soup is the tomato soup on Mondays. It's relatively inexpensive to eat here and get a good lunch. The only dish that was small to me was the tofu wrap, it just didn't really do anything for me. They workers there can answer your questions about the supplements/vitamins/groceries while you're there.
The lunch counter inside this grocery store is very veg-friendly. They offer made-to-order po boys using tofurkey-type slices and sometimes have vegan cheese (ask what kind they have). The po boys are pretty awesome!
They also have a large selection of vegan salad dressings available.
Note that they use Quorn as a meat-substitute in their hot plate-lunch specials -- it is not vegan (it contains egg). However, they get props for having the ingredients available on request at the counter to look up when you order -- so you can get accurate information and make an informed choice. My non-vegan companion liked the plate lunch special that he ordered -- I wish they'd switch out the Quorn for something vegan to make this menu option available to
vegan diners.
It's a great place for supplements, and a cheaper option for groceries. The deli has undergone many changes over the years, but is pretty good.
The daily specials that contain fake meat or soy cheese are not vegan, but most of the others are. If you are vegan, ask for sandwiches on Ezekial bread, and make sure to leave off the soy cheese. (I suggest the BLT on Ezekial) All the soups are vegan except for on Saturdays, when they contain dairy. If you get a smoothie, just ask to leave out the honey. They also have vegan protein powders to add. They even have fresh wheatgrass shots.
Their bakery is great, but everything does have honey. They are very kind, and will always do special orders vegan if you ask. They will usually substitute brown rice syrup.

I've gone here since I was young. Their breads are very good. At lunch they have really good meals.
