Found this place with HappyCow. Here there is a clear dedicated vegan menu page, fast service and decent food. I ordered Orecchiette pasta with broad bean puree, dried tomatoes and olives. Right choice for a quick and cheap business lunch i was looking for. Reservation recommended.

They serve apulian dishes that are „accidentally vegan“ which are fine, but i had much better dishes elsewhere (fave e cicorie, orecchiette con cime di rapa).

They have a separate vegan section on the menu, but what they offer is quite basic and can probably be ordered in most restaurants in Puglia (bean puree with chicoree, pasta with chickpeas). Taste-wise the dishes were ok, but not great. The fried appetizer balls bere still cold at the center.

El menú vegano tiene bastantes opciones. Probamos las orecchiette y el ciceri e tria, y ambos platos nos encantaron. No nos convencieron las bruschette, ya que el pan estaba blando y no tenía mucho sentido. Muy recomendable ir.

I was very happy to find a restaurant with a vegan menu- although there was not so many options (a few local dishes and a beyond burger) the food was delicious (I had the spaghetti).

Sono stato a cena in questo ristorante con il mio ragazzo e sono rimasto piuttosto deluso. Avevamo prenotato il tavolo, ma nonostante questo al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere molto prima che ci venisse indicato dove sederci, con i camerieri che continuavano a prendere ordinazioni e portare piatti ai tavoli e che ci hanno chiesto ripetutamente di attendere un po' invece di fare un semplice controllo sulle prenotazioni che richiedeva solo pochi secondi (specifico che il nostro tavolo era libero già prima del nostro arrivo). Abbiamo ordinato l'antipasto "veggie volte" per 2 persone, che è stato la cosa più deludente per me: ci hanno servito praticamente soltanto verdure, tutte buone, ma definire antipasto vegano piatti che altro non sono che contorni mi è sembrato poco corretto (ancora peggio un'insalatona inserita tra i secondi...). Come primo ho assaggiato le orecchiette con purea di fave e pomodorini secchi, che non erano male ma si trattava comunque di sapori piuttosto nella norma, nulla di speciale. Il locale è carino ma basterebbero poche modifiche per renderlo più invitante; il personale purtroppo è frettoloso e poco attento al cliente.

I went there as I heard about the vegan menu and I was really curious, especially because is not really easy to find vegan options (other than grilled vegetables and chips) in this area. I am really happy and I really recommend it, they serve local food, I had 'pittule', a really nice pasta with broad beans cream, olives and sun-dried tomatoes and a homemade legumes burger. Good job!

We loved our experience at le volte, finally an Italian osteria experience for vegans! We had two pastas and the fried dough as well as the house wine and everything was delicious! It's a really nice seating as well, can't recommend it enough!

They have a whole page dedicated to the typical pugliese food. And it is very good. One can even enjoy the whole Italian dinner with antipasto, primo and secondo! Extremely refreshing after days of mixed grill vegetables and Pizza marinara. Highly recommended!
