Una vera delusione. Tra le tante pizzerie leccesi ho scelto questa proprio perché nel menù segnalava una pizza vegana. Nessuna opzione vegana era invece disponibile. Nessuna. Ho mangiato la solita pizza rossa con verdure. Che presa in giro.

I ordered a take-away on the phone and I asked if they had all the ingredients for the vegan pizza (the only one in the menu), they said yes to find out too late no vegan salami on it. Also, the smallest amount of vegan cheese made the pizza really dry. The dough was lovely, though (I went for the multi-grain one).

They had no vegan cheese!? - Edit
One vegan pizza in their menu and they didn't have the vegan mozzarella, so all I got was a pizza were they left the cheese. Pizza was ok, but I can go everywhere and order pizza without cheese. Disappointing.

Da menù c'è una sola pizza vegana, che ahimè è anche la più costosta. Tuttavia, viene data ampia libertà di assemblare la pizza in base ai propri gusti personali e il prezzo complessivo viene calcolato in base agli ingredienti scelti. Può sembrare una banalità ma non tutte le pizzerie ti permettono di "stravolgere" il menù. Molto buono l'impasto, e la pizza in generale soddisfa le aspettative

Make your own pizza with vegan mozzarella! - Edit
Super delicious pizza! We both chose to create our own.. Mine had almond mozzarella with porcini mushrooms, arrugula and a generous dose of walnuts with hemp dough and my partner had cashew mozzarella, with vegan mortadala, pistachio cream and arugla. They were both soooo good. The hemp dough was really delicious too and only 1 euro extra. The staff was also really friendly to recommend and explain options. Cannot recommend this pizza place enough!

Vegan pizza - Edit
OK, I give this 4 stars for the effort as there is an idea behind the recipe using walnuts, rucola and zucchini. I would prefer it to have a lot more cashew cheese though just like you would expect from a pizza instead of all the other ingredients which makes for an interesting meal but not truly a pizza in my mind.

I went there a week ago and I ordered the vegan pizza, it was delicious! I loved it! I guess you can order any pizza using their vegan mozarella. They also have different crusts and chef/waiter were really nice.

Vegan Pizza in Lecce! - Edit
We just happened to see this 100% vegan pizzeria while waiting for another restaurant to open. What a pleasant surprise. The pizza was really good, and we chose multigrain crust. There are lots of options to choose from, or you can build your own.
