Es gibt eine separate vegane Karte. Meine Vorspeise war frittierte Pizza mit Paprika, das war ganz gut. Als Hauptspeise hatte ich Nudeln mit Kichererbsensoße. Die Nudeln waren leider hart, also mehr als aldente und die Soße hat mach nichts geschmeckt. Wirklich schade.

Came here expecting great vegan food in a non vegan place and I was not disappointed! You need to ask for the vegan menu and the options are pretty traditional Italian dishes which usually never get veganized in Italian restaurants. They also include vegan cheeses (rice mozzarella and vegan parmigiano) in some dishes. Out of what I have had I recommend the pizza fritta (antipasto but comes in the amount of a main dish imo), not so much the parmigiana, the aubergine were still a bit raw and cut too thick, but I say defo try the place.

Outstanding vegan menu - Edit
Deserves five stars. Top quality food and extremely friendly service. Highly recommended when in Trieste. Ask for the vegan menu, which - at the time of my visit - included three entrees, three primi (all pasta dishes), two secondi (including an excellent parmigiana di melanzane made with plant-based cheese) and one dessert, in addition to pizza with rice mozzarella. Reasonably priced with mains at 8-10 EUR. Best vegan meal in town. Will be back.

I would recommend to make a reservation if you would like to sit outside in the evening.
Would give a five star review (not possible as it is not completely vegan).
