My goodness. The reviews on Happy Cow raves about the pecan ramen and they weren’t lying. So freaking good. A true treat. Also had the shiitake dumplings which were delightful as well. The staff was very helpful as well. Highly recommend.

Pecan ramen, mushroom buns, and okra all so delicious. This was a delectable vegan heaven for us! Trust us! We are from California and we’ve never had better!

The pecan ramen is really tasty. The broth is really delicious, but not too flavorful to overpower the other ingredients. If you like your ramen spicy definitely add some chile. I also had the mushroom buns that are marked vegan on their menu. I thought they were very tasty, but if you don’t like mushrooms you may not like them.

Yum-yum ramen! - Edit
Got the vegan pecan ramen and it was amazing! If happycow let me give 5 stars it would be deserving of such. I also got the kimchi of the day which was radishes and oh so delish.
