Amazing Flavours

I’ve been to On the Vedge many times now and have never been disappointed! The curry of the week has been delicious (and different) every time, we get the samosas every visit, and my husband loves the falafel bowl. The falafel wrap is his favourite but it sells out fast daily when they sell out of the homemade pita!

A Great Find

We happened upon On the Vedge while wandering through Bisbee and we're thrilled to see the many vegan choices. It's outdoor seating, and unfortunately disposables, but the food was wonderful and beautifully presented.

Pros: Delicious plant-based options, Beautiful presentation

Cons: Disposable containers

Delicious Food

I had the chick pea sharwarma bowl. I thought it was a hot meal but it’s actually a salad with mixed greens, chick peas, carrots, celery, grapes and other ingredients. I thought I wasn’t going to like it but it was delicious! This will definitely be my go to place if I ever come back to Bisbee

Great food, great people!

One of Bisbee’s only fully vegan restaurants. Super friendly, fast service. The owner came out and gave our table free cookies and house made cheese because it was my friend’s birthday! We were so happy to have chose this place to eat. Good portion sizes, good prices, amazing flavor and interesting combinations! 10/10 recommend. Outdoor seating only.

This place needs more than 5 stars!

100% ABSOLUTELY must visit! The food was so delicious, I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of my food due to the fact it looked so good and I was so hungry. I also got a chai tea which was perfect and made with rooibos so no caffeine, woohoo! The owner is very friendly and you can really taste the love/passion in the food. If you are every in Bisbee, make sure this place is on your MUST GOES! I promise you want be disappointed😄

Pros: AMAZINGLY TASTY FOOD, INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY STAFF/OWNER, All fresh, healthy, vegan food made with love!

Cons: None , Zero , No complaints

A must in Bisbee worth it from Tombstone

This is the best option in the Tombstone, Bisbee area. We couldn’t get enough and came back for more. The curry, halal cart chickpeas, shawarma, and falafel are all excellent. Everyone raves about the samosas as well. Worth it to get here early (10-6 are their hours) before they run out of things. The husband and wife team here make everything from scratch so it is likely they sell out of something everyday. From what we’ve seen you can’t go wrong here

Pros: All vegan , Homemade everything, Friendly husband and wife team

Cons: Limited drink selection , Can run out of things due to small size

Amazing- a must try

A must try when in the greater Bisbee area. Highly recommend their breads, curry, hummus, and homemade lemonade. They are all to customize the bowls as well for those who are picky. Super nice people, just like everyone else in Bisbee.

Pros: Variety of hot and cold vegan options , Rotating menu , Great patio

Cons: Small so slower service
