Decent Option, but nothing to write home about. - Edit
We stopped in here on our way to Baltimore. I was happy to find a breakfast spot so it gets props for that. The bagels were a bit dry and hard and the “egg & sausage” was ok. We also got hashbrowns and they were not good at all, save your money. I am a potato lover and I didn’t even finish mine. No good! We each also got a Vanilla Soy latte and had to request extra vanilla syrup because it was very strong and not very sweet. For us that was a negative but for some it may be great so just fyi. Overall glad we had this option but probably wouldn’t return.

Multiple choices with Beyond and plant based. Coffee also fresh and good. Pleasant atmosphere. Easy access to I95.

Love the vibe, food is simple - Edit
It's great to have a spot with vegan options in this area which is otherwise bereft of them, but the options are mostly based on mock meats/cheeses without many vegetables in the dishes. Not too many ingredients in each item, but the sauces are tasty.

Khaleesi Approved - Edit
Khaleesi is the name of our Wonderful dog. As you’ll see in one of the photos she quite enjoyed her treat!

Oca Mocha has Various Coffee options (for you coffee drinkers), a separate Plant Based menu with Vegan Sandwiches and Wings.
If you like Just Egg and Beyond/Impossible Sausage you’ll love their first breakfast sandwich. Haven’t had the pleasure of taste testing much their yet nor their ‘wings’.
FYI, if you don’t like Purée smoothies, don’t get one… VERY sweet. That said, Tons of Kombucha options for the Booch lovers.
Overall a friendly & relaxed vibe with a board game library plus a stage for occasional live music. A great hangout spot for the local College students, even including rest rooms and a study hall farther down in the building.
Pros: Board Game Bookshelf, Vegan Options & Friendly Staff, Dog Friendly
Cons: Pricy-ish

Vegan breakfast options! - Edit
So happy to find a place with an entire vegan breakfast menu and I am always happy to support a local coffee shop. Everything was pretty yummy. I would come back! I got the vegan sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel and an iced coffee with oat milk.

Kind staff, GREAT food & coffee - Edit
Had such a wonderful experience here! The coffee was really yummy and the sandwiches were amazing! Mine had a house made chipotle aioli! They were out of vegan egg so they told us we could sub it for chick’n! One of the baristas said it brother was vegan and does that and honestly that was a GOOD MOVE! highly recommend ! Would have liked to try the vegan egg but it was delish anyway! Overall everyone was friendly and accommodating. It was a LITTLE pricey but food was worth it!
