Almost all breads vegan

Oat Bakery is a hidden gem, their breads are truly special. A couple are not vegan, so just ask if you are not sure (they contain cheese), but almost all of the breads are vegan, and so good. We love the date bread, the big loaves of sourdough, the focaccias, the shiitake onion bread, the soft and sweet date cookies, the list goes on. And don't miss out on the hygge bun, a version of a cinnamon roll that is absolutely delicious.
Their hours are limited though, we typically go Saturday morning, but be prepared to wait. There is always a line out the door of their small shop, but the wait is worth it.😄

Pros: So many types of bread, Almost all vegan, Friendly owners and staff

Cons: Limited hours, Can be expensive (but it's worth it), Can run out of some breads, so get there early

Artisanal bread

You might have to wait in line on the weekend, but it is so worth it. They also ran out items fast. Go earlier and hopefully you can avoid this. The bread infused with lavender was my favorite, and the cashew truffle cream. They offer some gluten free options, and delicious sweet treats. Definitely a must.

Pros: Fresh bread

Cons: not completely vegan

Vegan focaccia

Savory and sweet bread plus three kinds of vegan spreads. I chose Cilantro Walnut pesto. Enough spread to last all week. Twenty bucks for two items and spread but very high quality and animal-free.

Fantastic

All items are made in the small bakery on-site. We picked up a few loaves fresh out of the oven, a cookie and some Hygge Buns. Everything was fantastic. The Hygge Bun especially is highly recommended. A creative twist to a traditional cinnamon roll, simply delicious!

Pros: Friendly staff, Small batch, all baked on-site, Excellent, all organic products

Cons: A few items have cheese in them
